I used haysto to acquire a mortgage due to poor credit rating, they were absolutely brilliant, from the first step to the last, you get your own dedicated team, that really makes you feel like a valued customer. Even after my mortgage offer, and after I handed over the fee that was pre arranged, they are still texting and calling to see if there is anything else to do.
Not sure if im allowed to have drop, but if you get lesley as your mortgage advisor then you've hit the jackpot.

The entire process was easy, no pressure to accept any particular product that was offered. Proving ID was entirely online, as was the application from start to finish.
The portal was easy to access and use making viewing documents a piece of cake.
As a self employed worker providing financial details was simple.

I used Haysto for my mortgage application as I needed a specialist mortgage due to some issues with the property. My adviser, Jeff, was absolutely brilliant, incredibly fast, professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. He moved everything along so quickly, and thanks to his expertise, I received a mortgage offer within just 3 weeks.

We started this process feeling pretty deflated, if I’m honest. Because of past credit issues, we’d already been told we’d probably need a 10% deposit and would be looking at high interest rates. As first-time buyers, that was hard to hear and it made everything feel that bit more out of reach.

Then we spoke to Haysto — and things moved really quickly.

Within a couple of days they’d found us a 5% deposit mortgage. We genuinely didn’t expect that to be possible for us. That was the moment it started to feel real instead of stressful.

As first-time buyers we had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and that’s where they really helped. They don’t just sort the mortgage and disappear — they actually guide you through it. The portal is easy to use, they keep you updated, and you’re never left wondering what’s going on.

Josh, our advisor, has been brilliant. Super knowledgeable, quick to reply (which makes such a difference when you’re panicking about something!), and he explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. No pressure, no jargon — just straight answers and support.

Brad made sorting the insurance really straightforward, and Mark and Daniel were also great whenever we needed help.

If you’re feeling stuck because of credit history or you’re a first-time buyer who feels a bit lost, I’d definitely recommend speaking to them. We went from feeling pretty hopeless to actually buying our first home — which still feels a bit surreal.

It was great to have specialists in each area holding my hand every step of the way. The process was incredibly smooth and everything was explained clearly and in terms that were understandable and clear. Also it was refreshing to work with a company that aren't just trying to sell you the most expensive offer or the cheapest - they really tailor the package to you.

I have always felt anxiety and stress when applying for a mortgage but coming to Haysto has really made the process feel easy! Such an amazing team, very person I have spoken to has been super helpful and kind! I can’t thank them enough for helping us to purchase our first home. So so worth it!!

Where do we start,

This company has changed our lives and the level of service is unbeatable.

From the first call with Neil our mortgage advisor, we were fully reassured and he restored our confidence about getting a mortgage. He also provided Solicitor quotes and did everything for us. He also got us a great deal on our AIP. Neil is a major asset to Haysto and we couldn’t thanks and recommend him enough.

We then had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan who put our application in. He was very on the ball and kept us informed. We also spoke with Brad who took his time to get us the best possible housing insurance. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. These were all extra parts of the service that we didn’t expect to receive.

We were then handed to Laura as our case manager. She was absolutely exceptional and kept us updated the whole way. She got the job done very efficiently and got us our mortgage offer in under 2 weeks with a lender that can take a-lot longer. She was absolutely amazing and a huge credit to herself and Haysto.

If anyone are thinking about getting a Mortgage please consider Haysto!

I couldn’t recommend Haysto enough to anybody thinking they can’t get a mortgage! We reached out thinking we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage and wanted to understand what steps we should take to work towards one.
