I ordered an ebike and received it in about 10 days. They kept me posted with the status of the order the whole time and answered all my questions.
Very professional!
And the bike looks and works like new!

Amazing shop! I ordered a bike during the holiday season and it was shipped immediately. Super fast responses in all chats, and very well packed. They forgot to include the charger for SRAM AXS, but I contacted support and they sent it to me almost immediately.
On top of that, they had the best price on the market for an almost new bike. I highly recommend them!

I was enquiring about purchase of a bike from HB exclusive. They were very helpful to give me time to get the money together as it didn't qualify at my work for Bike to Work Scheme. Even though I decided against buying it myself innthe end and go for new bike instead somewhere else, they were understanding.

I bought a refurbished Specialized e-bike from H&B. It was 95% assembled and I completed the assembly without any difficulties. I raised an issue in relation to the frame size and Rick took the time to not alone answer my email but also to phone me with detailed and very helpful guidance. I am happy to compliment Rick on his first class customer care manner. I can recommend H&B and I would be happy to shop there again in the future.

I bought a Cube Stereo Hybrid 160 e-bike. I am very happy with it. The bike was purchased with shipping to Poland, which arrived on the third day. The bike was packed in a solid, thick box. The technical condition of the used bike was very good. The bike was ready to ride, all components were checked and lubricated. The gears and brakes worked properly. Great telephone contact since the purchase. I had a comment on the rear shock absorber and received immediate technical support. If you are wondering, like me, whether shopping is safe, the answer is yes. I will definitely come back here for another bike.

I had bought an Orbea from the company and it was delivered really quickly. A small piece was missing unfortunately but I contacted them and the support was really kind and helped solve this problem perfectly. I can recommend to consider this shop as their support is great.

A truly beautiful bike, looks like new. There was a mixup in the delivery, but it wasn't bike shop's fault. And the bike works like a dream. I highly recommend this business.

The bike I ordered arrived really quickly, everything was great. Only the derailleur hanger was bent, but they immediately refunded me the repair costs at the local dealer. The employee was super friendly and they responded very quickly to my enquiry.
