There are many payment processors out there, and I can't say Heleket stands out too much, but it works stably, and support responds quickly. I didn't need much—just to connect the processor to a plugi... See more

They are trusted payment Gateway company I am using for my 2 smm panel from last year and receiving payment

This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to log in just to leave a positive review. It was my first time sending crypto, and I accidentally underpaid an SMM panel by $0.01. However, after just 5 minutes of chatting with support agent Heleket, the issue was fully resolved. I highly appreciate their support. This service is definitely worth recommending

I’ve been using Heleket for a while now and it’s been a great experience. The API is easy to work with and covers everything we need. Accepting different cryptocurrencies across multiple networks is straightforward and flexible.
Fees are low, the interface is clear, and overall the system is reliable. We’ve had no issues so far and can definitely recommend it.

Not recommended to work with, if I knew the issues, I would avoid this...
A lot of stuff to improve, starting from actually taking deadlines seriously, to improving their what so called "AML" checks, takes ages to actually get back own funds, review by their side all the info you send, so long...
Even though I got my funds back, for what I am highly grateful, still, experience with this vendor was not good.

A great payment gateway with low fees and easy integration. They’ve never let us down so far, and withdrawals have also been smooth with no issues.

I deleted my Cryptomus account in April 2025 and started receiving unsolicited emails from Heleket representatives trying to sell me their crypto payment services. When I asked how they obtained my contact information, they claimed to be "independent and not affiliated with Cryptomus", yet when I contacted Cryptomus directly, they confirmed they had transferred user data to Heleket.
This is concerning coz my account was deleted before this data transfer supposedly occurred, meaning under GDPR my data should have been erased, not shared with third parties. Despite clearly stating I'm not interested, I continue to receive follow-up emails months later.
If you're an EU resident who previously used Cryptomus, be aware that your data may have been shared with Heleket regardless of whether you deleted your account. I'd recommend both companies review their GDPR compliance regarding data retention and third-party transfers.

The virtual cards are easy to manage and quick to issue.
Had one small verification
issue, but support handled it fast.

I am extremely disappointed with Heleket. My funds have been blocked under the pretext of "high AML risk," which seems to be a common tactic they use to hold onto customer money.
I have already completed the full KYC/AML verification via Sumsub (their official partner), but the support continues to demand the same information over and over again. Even worse, they are requesting private screenshots of my personal correspondence, which is a gross violation of privacy and goes beyond reasonable AML requirements.
I provided a PPOI (Private Proofs of Innocence) link and a withdrawal screenshot, proving the funds are legal and have no connection to illegal activities. Despite this, the support has gone silent and is completely ignoring my messages.
Major Red Flags:
1. Lack of Transparency: There is no legal address or registration info on their website, which directly contradicts FATF standards.
2. Ignoring Customers: Once they have your money and "flag" it, they stop responding to inquiries about timelines.
3. Double Verification: They ignore the results of their own provider (Sumsub) just to stall the process.
This looks like a "selective scam" where they use AML as an excuse to seize assets. If my funds are not released immediately, I will be reporting this platform to national financial intelligence units and filing a formal complaint regarding their lack of transparency.
2000 USDT was blocked! Avoid this service at all costs!
UPDATE:
1. They actually respond here (on Trustpilot) much faster than in the support bot. In the bot, I still haven't received any answer, even though more time has passed there.
2. @HELEKET: I don't understand, do you really have so many customers whose 2000 USDT you've seized with a "high-risk AML" flag? Why do I have to write private information publicly? Why aren't you responding in the support bot?
UPDATE 2:
I recieved one answer from the so called support team, and this is rediculus, they ignored all the info that I've sent, ignored my question (q: is that enough for you?) and answered with this:
"Hello. We don't have a goal to hold your funds. We act solely in accordance with the AML policy. You can read this policy at this link. - (here was a link to thier aml-policy page)"
Serious? So what the goal you get with this answer? I see only one goal, that you've reached with this answer: one more day of holding someone's money!

They are first-rate scammers, I sent the payment for what I was buying and then they ask me for more money, I send it and then they don't say anything anymore, they just keep asking me for more money, scammers should close that website
