We met Mr. Atsan for the very first time when we viewed the house that would eventually become our home, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process.
Being new to Germany and still learning how everything works, we had already faced several rejections before. So when we walked into this viewing, we didn’t know what to expect. But right from the start, Mr. Atsan made everything feel easier. He was friendly, respectful, and incredibly supportive, without ever being pushy.
Even though we met him only for this particular house, the way he handled everything made a huge difference. He guided us through each step with patience and clarity, taking the time to explain the German procedures and paperwork in a way we could understand. His professionalism during the negotiation and final closing stages gave us confidence, and thanks to him, what could have been a stressful experience became smooth and manageable.

We had a very bad experience with one of your Agent Ömer Atsan.
We were interested in one house in Dorsten.
He is very impolite in talking.
We in deutsch I ask him if possible talk English, but start to degrade me and reply very impolite.
Finally assign visit appointment, but one hour before visiting he called us and canceled the meeting.
We ask for another appointment, he said that he will call for new appointment, but still he didn’t call.
If you don’t want to sell your property or if you do not have control to your Agents . Tell us in advance
