It is a great platform for hosts. It’s easy to manage listings and bookings, and the support team is helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for property owners.
HomesAndHotel.com is a reliable and user-friendly platform with accurate listings and an easy booking process. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the service felt professional. Highly recommended!
This is a scam website, i am trying to contact them to cancel subscription and send me refund and now they are not replying back!
One star is too much. It is swindling, fraud. Cannot understand the score of 2,6 whereas i only have seen completely negative reviews. I wish that i would have checked trustpilot before i finally made me convince that they are more decent and reliable than Homeaway. The latter finally reimbursed me after many attempts and loads of pressure. Unfortunately i cannot say the same about homesandhotel, who was due to reimburse me on the 14-th of March. There is obviously no other way to get my money back than calling a laywer.
One star us actually too much. I have seen at least one other review of the same kind.
Crooks, that's what they are. By not fulfilling their guarantee of 12 bookings per year, they have stolen €349 from me + the time spent on my listing. Inspite of their explicite promise to pay me a full refund automatically in case they wouldn't succeed, they have not done so. 14 March 2025 should have been the date for a full refund. I have sollicitated already 4 times, placed messages on their instagram facebook, their own website and whatever, but not any response, let alone my money.
I have the feeling that without a legal procedure they will maintain this dishonest behaviour. Maybe they might have bad luck with me, being a former judge with a mentality of a terrier. So I will not stop as long as they don't pay me back.
I am writing to express my supreme disappointment in this booking site.
For months I was contacted by them, over and over and over, to solicit my listing. I finally rented and posted pictures and descriptions
homesandhotel.com has NOT sent one inquiry. Not one. We wasted the £120 and all the time it took to get the site up and running.
I feel that will all the solicitation that we should be refunded our payment.
I doubt they will do so as they do not live up to their word.
