I obtain the answer exactly in time that I waiting.
Mijn mail kwam continue in spam folder van gmail gebruikers. Dit is in 1 dag na wat mailwisseling opgelost. Super :)
Tech support from Hosting.NL gave me really great technical support with setting up Teams and connecting it to our email domain that they host for us. It was not an easy problem and they never gave up.
Thanks to Laurens for getting my emails working.
Couldn't have done it without him.
I was able to go through the whole Domain Registration/sales process and paid for a Multi year contract without really have chosen an available product. I did Select a green button, but obviously did not have a “verhuiscode”.
Customer service was pretty determined that it is my fault of using a wrong verhuiscode (which is true, I used my zipcode).
The order process “just” works like this, and I should have had the correct knowledge I guess?
And he stated that I can send an email so they can consider giving the money back and stop the (Empty) contract. He could not say what I can expect. This happend yesterday, so I am still waiting for further info and action.
I just want to address that I experienced it as a bug in your system and if you want “less” tech professionals to be able to use your shop, comfortably, you should be clear in communication and process. If not available, You can chose to put it in another list?
I am sorry but athe phone call was also not one of the most engaging experiences for me. Maybe just a bad day, still I hope this helps you being more aware of how customers experience your (maybe) good products or advise.
