After a hiccup with the first order the team at IceTea Aesthetics really redeemed themselves. Super helpful and quick replies with time zone differences. The quality of the shirts is really good and thick. Have since placed a second order and will keep an eye on special drops

Had previous friendly customer service interactions at first regarding sizing, before finally buying months later.

There was a lack of communication and my order was delayed in shipping due to fair game staffing issues ASWELL as a machine malfunctioning.
I got through to the team via their socials and they were nothing but accommodating and apologetic, as you’d hope.

They explained the issues and finally shipped the order out via express.
All of which you’d expect from a loyal business that values its’ customers, however, I was not prepared for more retention via a hefty store credit!

Absolutely amazing recovery from these guys, and shirts nice and thick as predicted.

Will be back again.

Delivery was very quick, which was good to see, although the T-shirt was just loose in the mailing bag, which was a little disappointing. Actual quality is fine, a step up from a band tee but not premium- which I suppose is reflected in the price. Cant fault the construction, no loose threads or missed stitches, and the print actually looks better in real life. It’s going to be on regular rotation in my wardrobe!

I bought three regular T-shirts. Arived no issues, my spontainious feeling is that the quality is a bit cheap, they look good though and so far the print hasn't cracked from me wearing them every week for a couple months.

Maybe their Heavy Tees are better but I felt a bit disapointed at the price tbh.

Quality is top. This is the one site I trust 100% and I have bought probably close to 20 of their shirts. They fit like their size chart says they’re going to fit. No idea how this site doesn’t have a higher rating. I’ve literally never had an issue and have been ordering from them for years

I am very happy with the quality of the t shirts, ordered heavy oversized and it’s exactly what I wanted.

I ordered large as they are supposed to be oversized but it's not it pretty much hugs the body...

shame as the print feels nice

I received an order that was of lower quality than any other items of clothing I have received from similar brands such as aniqi or hokuro. It felt like the order was from a drop shipper like temu or shein in terms of low quality.

When I returned the items, on my own dime mind you, they proceeded to start the refund.

I emailed the team 4-5 times to let them know the that the card used in the original purchase was no longer active and asking for additional options. After 2 failed attempts to refund and all those emails I have still not received any additional options to get my money.

Terrible customer service and even worse quality.

I would stay away completely and turn to brand like aniqi, from which I have had a great experience with.

Great quality, sadly it took a month to arrive but it was worth the wait

The quality was great unlike the customer support. They take too long to answer when you have a complaint and It doesn't say on the website but you have to pay the fees to exchange or return a product. So if you want a product make sure to not make any mistakes.

Really like the Clothes Quality and Shipping wasnt too long.

I tried Iced Tea while looking for something Anime themed but something that still looked cool with my outfits. I really struggle to find shirts like this that don’t compromise on style and this brand just gets it.

The quality of my shirts are amazing and they look so good. Also the customer service of this place is top level and they make you feel like they care and I always appreciate that.

I bought an embroidered design. To be precise, the YoRHa emblem Oversized Tee.
What can I say, I took my precautions before buying on the site. I was scared of it being drop-shipping or a scam. But after looking at some good reviews. I went and took my shoot, but I am left pretty disappointed.
I paid around 45€ (taking into account the 20% off). I was expecting something better quality for such a price.
What particularly disappoints me is the size and the quality of the embroidery. I am no embroidering expert, but I think I can tell this was made by a cheap automated machine, IT'S NOT EVEN CENTERED ! As for the size of the embroidery, maybe add a suitable description next time so people can really visualize what they are buying. (I know there is a photo, but we have no model, and no fully open shirt)
Delivery time was okay, no problem on that point.
The quality of the shirt overall is not bad, it has a certain weight.
I would rate it medium at best. If I knew it looked like that, I would have bought it for 25€ max.
Moral of the story : Even if some of the designs look good, heck, super cool. If they are not able to make quality product for these prices, don't waste your money on it.

I had some issues with the local post, but Icedtea was a huge help in sorting out all the problems. They even threw in a free t-shirt. Overall, great customer service and a great product!

Product is very well printed and the fabric for the shirt is quite high quality for the price. Shipping was also very fast. Overall, a perfect experience.

I ordered several shirts from Iced Tea Aesthetics for the first time and was cautiously optimistic as I usually would from buying with a new unknown seller.

While the other items in more order came beautifully, one of the items (death rose back print designed shirt) did come with defects in the print slightly flaking off in certain areas.

Iced Tea Aesthetics was quick to respond to me after I contacted them and gladly sent a replacement order that came with improved prints !
