I live in Germany and was sure that Jagute is a German website. I ordered a cardigan and waited 3 months for a delivery. After receiving the cardigan it was extremely poor thin quality and looked used and dirty. It was not possible to send it back, as Jagute expected me to send the cardigan back to BANGLADESH and pay for it. I did not want to do it as it would be too expensive. So they offered me a 30% discount. It was in February 2023. Now is Oktober 2023. I DID NOT RECEIVE the 30% of the cardigan price so far and they did not even answer my emails. I put the cardigan into the gargabe as it was not possible to wear it. So please don't use this website. Poor quality products, extremely bad service. Keep away! ZERO stars!

This is a shocking website . Do not buy from them. I ordered some boots and they took over 3 weeks and are still not here. I have to pay import taxes on the boots. They come from China. It is not possible to return the goods either

1. After I had formally and correctly stated the withdrawal, I was asked for an explanation. I made clear that I am not obliged to do so an I do this only to be kind. However, they started a discussion instead of accepting my clear order. I am still in discussion. I hope this does not end in a legal "war".
2. It was not made transparent on the website, that the delivery comes from asia. I thought I was ordering from a European provider. I sometimes order from China, but then very specifically and then I consciously accept the disadvantages such as longer delivery times, possibly customs clearance, limited enforceable consumer rights. Here I simply was not aware of such disadvantages.

I wish I would read the reviews before ordering from this website.
On my request to return the faulty item they offered to refund me 35% otherwise the shipping back is going to be too expensive for me. So much care about a consumer!!
My advice is to never order from jagute.de, all items are shipped from china.

Terrible experience. It's actually not a German shop. They are located in China. After two months waiting for my product to arrive, I asked them to cancel the order and give me my money back. They ignored my requests and I had to raise a claim in PayPal in order to get my money. If I had paid with card I would have seen nothing.

Avoid this site like the plague. It's a scam. I ordered 2 months ago, I have received nothing, I have sent them several emails and I have got no response at all. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
