Don't Order if you're in the US
I’m not here to complain but just to let others know.. I ordered $200 worth of supplies from them over two and a half months ago and never received them. I was initially told they were stuck in customs. I have reached out multiple times since with no response or effort to correct the situation. It has been over a month since I’ve heard anything from them and I’ve reached out multiple times. As a small business owner myself I am aware that things go awry that aren’t in your control, but ultimately if you’re in the business to serve others, you correct it regardless. If you’re a customer in the US, I would not recommend purchasing until they improve their customer service.
