The 5 day dirt flippers challenge with Joe and Gavin was amazing! So much information and actionable steps given. Really liked the motivation and homework assignments to get us taking action on what was discussed and taught. I learned a lot and plan to use the strategies taught to flip my first land deal. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I signed up for Joe McCall and Gavin Timms' 5-Day Dirt Flippers Challenge—but by the end, I was completely hooked.A few years back, I'd come across Joe and Gavin and their land-flipping approach, but I never took the leap. Recently, I stumbled upon them again and saw the free 5-Day Challenge pop up. With their long track record of successfully flipping vacant land and a thriving community of students generating real results, I figured I had nothing to lose and plenty to gain—even if it was just a few solid insights. The free training was packed with practical, actionable steps, and by Day 4, I was convinced this was the right path for me. I joined the community without hesitation. What stands out most is the genuine support: Joe, Gavin, and the entire team are truly invested in helping members succeed. They will partner with you, provide tremendous ongoing value, offer guidance every step of the way, and create a win-win environment for everyone involved. If you're even slightly curious about land investing—especially flipping 'dirt' the smart, low-hassle way—I can't recommend this challenge (and the community that follows) highly enough. It's been a game-changer for me!

This was a fantastic learning experience! It is definitely worth it if you are willing to put in the work! If you’re not willing to work, then this isn’t for you! Joe is super open about everything his program requires and does his very best to answer any of your questions, especially during the five day challenge! I highly recommend for anyone who is willing to work hard! this is definitely the best deal you will find comparatively to other real estate programs!

Very informative, easy to follow and the homework is actually doing the work. Would recommend this course to anyone looking to get into land investing or even anyone who is in it but struggling.

Joe, Gavin, and the whole support team are absolutely the most professional and responsive group I have ever worked with. Take the 5-day Challenge if you ever get the chance and upgrade to the VIP option. It has to be one of the best $47 I ever spent on my education. Fair warning - this is not a get-rich-quick program and requires an investment of time and money to succeed.

By joining the Dirt Flippers Mentoring Program you can have everything you need to get your business started along with professional & expert guidance and support. The program enables you to have all the resources available to you to Flip Dirt w/o using your own money. The Dirt Flippers Mentoring Program is offered at a super reasonable price for everything you get. I have attended other RE Investing programs & this is hands down the best. Joe had a support team working with him during the sessions to immediately assist with any tech issues anyone was having & to answer questions. The VIP Sesdions offered were super helpful in being able to answer questions that arose for you during the regular sessions. I highly reccomend the Dirt Flipper Challenge.

I knew very little about real estate investing and nothing about flipping land before taking this 5-day Flipping Challenge. Joe is an excellent teacher, as is his sidekick, Gavin. I learned so much about finding properties, evaluating properties, and getting started in what might be my new side hustle! Many of these types of Challenge courses are just an expensive commercial, but I was overwhelmed with actionable info and encouragement. Thanks, Joe McCall!

This program is amazing ! It's the best one out there for step by step instructions on how to get deals done. (get paid) I am very impressed.

Before even taking the one week challenge, I was impressed by the quality of content shared in the Youtube videos and the grounded and pragmatic methods that can be put into effect by using just a few simple tools, all currently free. Basically, learning how to use what you have in front of you, learning how to analyze the data and also connect the dots is an invaluable lesson to learn. All of this done with good humor and great respect for the participants and whatever their starting point may be. I was really impressed during the VIP sessions by how Joe and Gavin made the effort to answer any and all questions very clearly and in great detail. A++++

The 5-day challenge put on by Joe and Gavin was as thorough as they come. They cover from A to Z on how you can put in the work and find sellers, buyers, willing to help realtors, and money partners, all while making this experience easy and simple to understand. At the end of the Challenge, you will know if this endeavor is right for you. I highly recommend you attend this challenge if you have zero experience and are looking to start your Real Estate Investing. You couldn't be in better hands than Dirt Flippers with Joe and Gavin.

I'm so glad I joined this challenge. As many if you have, I have joined other "work from home" coaching programs before including a House Wholesale Program. Unfortunately I never felt fully equipped to do this on my own after the program. This 5 Day Challenge truly makes it easy to start with little steps every day to become confident in yourself to be actually being able to do this on your own. While I believe this challenge alone can get you started without the additional program purchase, I still decided to join the full Dirt Flippers Mentorship Program as I truly believe Joe's team and tools will get me off to the best start possible in this new adventure! Trust me - I'm very skeptical when it comes to programs like this after my past experiences but this one is the real deal!

If you are looking for a life changing experience this is the challenge for you. It's only 5 days but they pack huge bags of information into those 5 days. There was a lot of repetition, but the information was insightful. I appreciate that it was made to help beginners get started on their real estate education. Other programs felt like they were starting on step 7, where this one helps to walk you through step 1. I needed that! Joe is friendly and willing to give of his time, even to beginners like me!

Joe's 5 Day Dirt Flip Challenge was outstanding! Joe is such a detailed teacher and makes the process of flipping dirt easy to understand and implement even for people like myself who have zero real estate experience. I highly recommended this Challenge!

I felt my time was well spent. Joe provided a ton of information, and he answered many of the questions I had coming into the challenge. The daily exercises were perfectly designed for activating what we had just discussed.
