Absolutely AMAZING service! The delivery is insanely fast and super reliable — you’re informed about every step and stop, and shipping starts immediately after you place your order. The communication is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced.
The app is just as impressive. There’s an incredible variety of products at prices that are nearly impossible to find elsewhere. For example, when I lived in Japan I used Tsubaki Shampoo and Conditioner from Shiseido all the time. After moving away, it became either impossible to find or ridiculously expensive. Joybuy has it available at Japanese supermarket-level prices — which completely blew my mind.

Avoid - they refuse to refund for returned item
The prices are good but the customer service is a disaster. If you have a problem you are on your own. In my example, I ordered a TV which I had to return due to quality issues. Although the package was delivered to JoyBuy (as per the courier website), JoyBuy sent me an email the next day to ask me why I haven't sent the package yet. And customer service is completely useless. I am going to try my luck with my bank now. So if you want good protection as a buyer, you should not buy from this scam store. Addition, despite the answers below, they have not done anything to address the issue: order 1390409462. I will never use JoyBuy again and have left if to my bank to resolve this.

Account restricted after coupon restoration — days of silence, coupons expiring, zero support
After an order issue, Joybuy restored my coupons (a discount coupon and a shipping coupon). Immediately after that, my account was restricted from placing orders.
It has now been several days. I contacted Joybuy via email and live chat repeatedly. There’s no real response, no resolution — just silence or copy-paste excuses like “too many customers, please wait.”
My coupons are about to expire, and I’m being blocked from using the benefits that Joybuy itself restored. Restoring coupons is meaningless if you restrict the customer’s account and then disappear.
Either remove the restriction immediately, extend the coupon validity, or compensate the loss. Right now, Joybuy feels like a platform that ignores customers until the coupons expire.

Can’t praise this Company enough. Have not heard of them before so was a little cautious. Ordered a new tumble dryer yesterday afternoon at a very reasonable price. It was delivered this afternoon. The two delivery guys Nuru and Shaaram (please forgive me if I got the spelling wrong) phoned when they were fifty minutes away which gave adequate time to get the old dryer out. They were both extremely courteous and it has been a long time since I have experienced such pleasant customer service. Well done to both.

I signed up to Joybuy and with a push from one of my influencer friends I decided to promote Joybuy.
I have brought over 250 people to the site and my followers loved the joybuy fast experience,
I then ordered two phones and ordered perfect and got delivered, all was looking good but then out of nowhere I went to order and sad item out of stock, every item I checked said out of stock. So the nightmare started I contacted support and they said they have no details someone will get an answer on 1/2 days, I contacted the next day and got the same answer, 2 days later the same answer, 3 days later the same answer, 4 days the same answer.
I promoted the site to my 1m followers and local friends and family and my referral credit is over £2500.
No one is helping resolve the issue and every person I talk to on phone or online support say they are waiting for feedback from a department.
It’s very awkward, as I want to promote joybuy and refer my loyal followers, but now they have taken money, after promoting them, but instead of working together I seem like they are working against me,
I’m guessing I’m a victim of my own success, but whatever the issue we can’t resolve without dialogue.

Yes, after few weeks of communicating with Joybuy without success, I finally called DHL, to find out what is going on, and a day or two after, everything was resolved. The only problem I still have is, how was this possible to happen in the first place?
I continued, after that, to buy at joybuy because I value their products/prices/delivery time ratios, but this was really unpleasant and a bit scary experience. And hopefully the last of this nature.
The fictional order is still fictionally trying to reach me. I contacted them directly, I wrote few emails, but they didn't do anything. DHL is fictionallly trying to deliver this every single working day since the oder they placed alone. This is unbelievable. I was at home most of the time and wanted to send it back without opening it. But it's still "unterwegs". Also never saw DHL trying to deliver a parcel 7x. They try 2x and then it's left at the pick up place, unless... *there is no order and the parcel at all*. It was expected that I pay and be silent, I guess. But I contacted Klarna and said there is something wrong, so not paying it.
Such a shame, I liked their site at the beginning.
