I purchased the app under a misunderstanding and requested a refund, and the issue was resolved immediately. Jumpspeak is a new experience for me. I have tried many different language learning programs over the years but Jumpspeak is a little different. It’s like they sampled all other programs and used the best bits for Jumpspeak.I am enjoying the mix of spoken, written and listening exercises

The audio in Jumpspeak suddenly stopped…
The audio in Jumpspeak suddenly stopped working. It's really hard to learn a language without the audio! The Tech Team responded in about 12 hours after I contacted them. They were concerned and very helpful. What stood out to me was their responsiveness and actually taking the time to listen. My issue was resolved and I'm very impressed with the individual support I received.
Too big a jump
It started out well with five words basic words, I went through it rather quickly and reviewed it and everything went good. The the next section however, sent me back only one of the review words was in this six word sentence so they gave me the English version and six Italian words that I had to put in order to complete the session after four attempts I gave up because it seemed more like a guessing game than actual teaching, but that’s just me. I can’t learn that way others might find this perfectly normal to them.

Impressive customer service.
I had a small issue after signing up for Jumpspeak and I have been really impressed that they have taken the time and trouble to respond to me and we are going to sort this issue out. It is nothing that can’t be solved.
I’ve still been able to use Jumpspeak and I am positive that it’s going to be successful for me in my language learning journey. It is an extremely easy program to follow and I appreciate the assistance with pronunciation and sentence structure.
I intend to recommend this program to family and friends as a pleasant and enjoyable way to learn another language.

Complete scam. Non-existent customer service. Do not trust!!
During a moment of weakness after seeing countless of their nauseating ads I signed up during their “limited offer sale” (which I now see is pretty much a permanent feature), with the comfort of the 100 day refund. After one day of trying it I was so frustrated by how robotic the voices sound and how buggy the system is I asked for my money back. 2 months later I am still trying to get my money back - I have not had a single response to any of my attempts to contact them (on various platforms). Complete scam. Stick with free Duolingo.
Not worth the money
I really liked the idea of this app, but the app was buggy, sometimes incorrect, and the conversational practice portion did not make any sense.
3.5* app, with 5* customer service!
I attempted a trial period for this app and it was not a great fit for my learning needs at this time. I sent a frustrated email to Jumpspeak Support because I was not able to easily locate the Cancellation option on the app or the website. It took a few days to get a response from the support team (concerning because this was an unknown/unheard of business to me), but when I did, they could not have been more professional or helpful! They presented options to make my purchase more appealing or to simply cancel. They were quick to resolve the situation, even after a misunderstanding on my part! I could not be any happier with the customer service!
Registration error quickly resolved
I got a bit confused when I was signing up for JumpSpeak, and I ended up signing up for two lifetime memberships in one morning! I wrote right away and they responded within 24 hours, cancelling the second registration and refunding my money. I'm very grateful for their quick and kind response. That's the kind of company I want to do business with!

I regret not being able to use Jumpspeak
I paid $106US equivalent to $152.64Can for Jumpspeak on16 November 2025 but found that I didn’t have the time to give the program the study time that it deserved. The program was easy to follow and I am sure it would have been great to increase my knowledge of Spanish! However I regret that I would like a refund of my payment.

I made a mistake and just clicked without reading. My error, my mistake I signed up AGAIN. I realised my error when reviewing my bank account. I requested a refund, explained my mistake via email from the Website and two days later a refund was issued. Prompt service with understanding 👍
Best service, amazing experience
It's really an amazing experience to learn german with Jumpspeak. I like the features, the stories, the conversation that really help me. The service is also excellent, fast response with immediate solution. Keep up the good work!
Unable to get help with customer service, lessons not helpful
Unable to get help with customer service, everything is AI generated. Also, I was somehow signed up for an add on that was never used, but I was charged $179. I did not find the lessons to be particularly helpful. Lengalia is much better with comprehensive lessons and vocabulary. It is also far more affordable. This site feels like a scam.
Needs serious improvements …
This app sounds good but is extremely poor. I speak enough Spanish but note since I am not travelling to Spain as often I was having a problem remembering words. I purchase a basic plan so I can just keep up with my confidence. The app shortcuts words for example the verbs are not used properly. Instead of to eat ‘comer’ they say eat. Not a problem if you know what it means, pronunciation sometimes poor. Again not a problem if you now the correct sounds - teething problems. For me it was when I bought a basic product which I paid for 12 months renewable at 69£ after, then they charged me again after 7 days saying my free trial was finished and charged me for something i didn't purchase at a figure that wasn’t on the system or my receipt.
Gold standard customer service!
I accidentally chose the wrong subscription and had to cancel it, then purchased the one I wanted. I had 2 charges on my card, and the subscription portal was a little confusing. They replied back very empathetically and with a full explanation of what was going on. They initiated my refund immediately. I just started using the app but if its as good as their tranparent and responsive customer service, I will be very pleased!
