Kanopy is a great concept when it works and therein lies the problem. Also, you have to re-register every 12 months so make sure you write down your Library card number, your password and now they require a PIN - which seems to be a new thing that they haven't told their clients about. As I say it's good when it works, but just when you want to watch something it starts asking for details that were already in the system and if you get them wrong it "blocks" you and you actually have to speak to a staff member.

Kanopy has old wore out movies absolutely NO help with any support their continued watch doesn't work they use up your watching points. Kanopy are Liar's thieves and aholes
