At first, I thought the auction was a good one. But then something happened. It's difficult to buy from outside Sweden. Okay, I can't inspect and test the item. I understand that it's not new, so that's my risk. But communication is a huge problem! I'm trying to determine the packaging size and weight so I can give this information to the shipping company. Not a single manager could provide this information! Sorry, but do I have to take the ferry from Latvia myself to pick up a box worth 200 euros? What if it's a lathe, for example? How do I know they'll be able to load it onto a truck? Or do I have to arrange this remotely somehow? The auction takes a percentage of the sale, but at the same time, they're not responsible for anything. Great business...

I have been a loyal customer of Klaravik.se for many years and have previously rated them 5 stars. However, I am very disappointed with my recent experience. On this occasion, I made a simple mistake and accidentally placed a bid for a low-priced item. I immediately contacted Klaravik.se before the auction ended, explaining that it was an error and that I did not intend to participate in that auction.
To my surprise, they refused to cancel or adjust the bid. What frustrates me even more is that in other cases, if someone enters an incorrect amount by accident and informs them, they are willing to remove that single bid. In my case, even though another participant was genuinely interested in the item and the reserve price had been met, Klaravik.se ignored my request.
It’s disappointing that a longstanding and trustworthy customer can be treated this way over a simple, honest mistake. I hope Klaravik.se considers improving their customer service policies to handle such situations more fairly in the future.
I have named it auction’s stupid policy but it’s all about who is working there.. and if they are willing to help.

We purchased a Husqvarna P 525D lawn tractor via Klaravik for SEK 90,000. On the very first field test, we discovered a hidden defect: the front-axle drive didn’t work (no AWD). We filed a formal complaint.
Klaravik’s response was that they are only an intermediary and that responsibility lies with the buyer to inspect on pickup. The seller also claimed the machine had worked in hilly terrain. However, the auction photos themselves show a strong clue of a long-standing issue: the rear tyres are heavily worn while the front tyres are barely worn — exactly what you’d expect if only the rear axle had been driving for a long time. A short test drive on a flat yard won’t reveal a failed front hydro-motor; you need a load or an incline to see it.
In our view, this is a material hidden defect that wasn’t disclosed. We asked for a fair price adjustment to cover repair, but Klaravik declined to help and placed the entire burden on the buyer. We believe this is unfair, and we intend to pursue legal remedies to recover our losses.
Advice to buyers: be extremely cautious, insist on a dynamic test under load (not just a quick drive on flat ground), and consider using sellers/intermediaries who stand behind undisclosed, material faults.

Too high Inropsavgift (>10% of participation fee on the product you purchase) would be nice it you can show during auktion process like you displaying with and without moms.

Otherwise all as expected: won the bid, transferred the payment, confirmation and supplier contact details sent by email; then I contacted the seller and we discussed pickup. When picking up all was as advertised.

Klaravik made fail description of the item, I spent my time to get to the item and inspect it. I found deviations from the description. Klaravik responded that they are not responsible for anything at all. Good business. Never again.
