The lock button on my remote is broken

The lock button on my remote is broken. They came and although the new key was only able to unlock the car, they said there was some programming issue when the remote portion wouldn't silence to my car. They key fob they brought wasn't even the same key I had that was broken. They didn't charge me anything because they couldn't fix it. Then I get another call from them after I left and after I explained the first guy couldn't fix it, they tell me they were sending another person eventhough I never asked for a second person. After waiting a half hour, I get a text saying they had no technician and to contact another locksmith or contact the dealership directly.

I expected to pay what I paid but…

I expected to pay what I paid but afterwards locksmithdirectory.com called me and told me to send them a picture of my keys. I happen to be smart enough to know keys can be made from photos and my car could be stolen. But anyway, one of the programmed keys had the chip fail so I called back to get that fixed. We scheduled for them to come out after I get off of work way past my bedtime in the morning and nobody showed up or answered my text. They were supposed to be here at 11:00 AM. I think I paid something like $70 for the second key and I don't have a second key that works. So... ripped off by bad follow up service.

This website and service is a SCAM

This is a scam website. They will charge you over their maximum listed price and only after arguing for 30 minutes will they lower to their maximum price. Do not trust them. You will not get a refund because, again, it is not a legitimate business. Customer service and technicians don't even give you their names

Worst service ever.

If I could I would have given them no stars. I am a handicap person in a wheelchair, when I called them I was locked out with the car running. My meds were inside the car. It took them sixteen and a half hours to have a technician respond to my call, and they estimated my cost and $250. My neighbor was the one who managed to open my car. Try anything other than this site, and read the BBB complaints!

locksmithdirectory.com is a SCAM

locksmithdirectory.com is a call center for unlicensed locksmiths. They will not give you a final price for any service over the phone and only when the scammer comes to you will they give you the final price. The website gives a price range of $49-$250 for all services, but you will never pay only $49. Expect to pay $100 and up for any service, no matter how simple the service is. locksmithdirectory.com does not verify any of their locksmiths and are only interested in fees they receive from scammed customers.
