Great thing was the fast processing & shipping.
But:
The jeans smell bad. I ordered 7 different pairs and all had this chemical stench on it.
The quality was bad in my opinion. They felt cheap. I expected higher quality jeans for the prices they have on their website (59.99€ and up, some even 69.99€).
I could not get a hold of customer service when I already returned my order and they wouldn’t respond - not on instagram, not through mail. Only when I finally opened a case on PayPal after they already received the return long ago they responded and refunded me.
Idk, not the best experience.

My order came with a delay of 3 weeks. The company does not answer on my mails, only when I contacted PayPal did I get a response. Now I can't return my order because the deadline has passed, as the package was delivered so late. I've never had such a bad experience with a brand as with this one.

I ordered 12 days ago and despite getting my tracking number it is still not shipped. I contacted them on every available platform. WhatsApp, Instagram, E-Mail and no response. I really hope to get my clothes that I paid 180€ for.
