Maxvio is a complete fraud. BEWARE!
Maxvio is a fraud. There is no website, there is no company. It’s people in Vietnam using Shopify in the USA to steal money. I reported my bank, who replaced my credit card, and hopefully within 10 days they will reverse the charges. If you came here to check on Maxvio before giving them money, you’re already smarter than me. ;)

Total scam....charge is foreign and not in MA as the site indicated. I was concerned and should have paid full price at a big box store. Now I'm concerned about identity theft. Anyone having issues with that?

Scam!!
Scam!!! Fortunately, I was only out 25 bucks. I ordered an item, got a confirmation email. Went back to see status and the website completely disappeared. I figured I should change debit cards and I did. They did not accept PayPal and things were very cheap...I should've known.
Complete scammers
Complete scammers. They provide a link to a web page that doesn't exist. You order will show up as being from another company, also fake. In my case it was Maxvio to Foxhawks. Foxhawks has a web page but their support email does not exist and they list no phone number. Digging deeper into Foxhawks web page they show an address in Coral Gables Fl that is a vacant lot, and their address for returning items is in Vietnam. Their IP address shows to be in Panama. Fortunately my bank will reverse the charge under fraud protection.

Massive deception and fraud
I had bought a super Nintendo mini for $55.99 free worldwide shipping and no tax. Thought l was getting a great deal as it was cheaper than any other website. Well, teaches me to buy from a suspicious website that l later find out has a fake contact address and no option to set up an account and no PayPal option. The contact address is an Italian restaurant!!! With no affiliation with this scam website. I was able to get my money back from the bank, thank God. But please, please, please DO NOT buy from this website as it is fake, they take your money and run. This is fraud and deception on the highest level.
Scam
On June 7th, 2020, I used Google Shopping to search for a book called "Designed by Apple". I wanted to buy this book for my dad for Father's Day. The second hit that came up in Google Shopping recommended a website to buy from called Maxvio. Based on Google Shopping's 'recommendation', I bought the book "Designed by Apple in California" from Maxvio.com for $138.99. It seemed like a good deal considering the book was going for $800 on eBay. After I made the purchase, a bunch of other websites claim that Maxvio is a scam. When the charge posted to my credit card the same day (as pending), it came up as igeekfox dotcom which I thought was odd because that's a clothing website and that's not the website I ordered from. When you go to the Maxvio website, it says their address is 147 Cochituate Rd, Framingham, MA 01701. I used Google Earth to look up that address and it's associated with a restaurant named Bella Costa. I called Bella Costa and they said they had no affiliation with this website, which is more proof that it's a scam. I called my bank this afternoon to put a cancellation on this charge. They said they can't do that until the charge goes through.
update: I filed a complaint with the domain hosting maxvio.com. Then I filed a few better business bureau complaints. One against google shopping and another against namecheap. Then I filed a complaint with the FTC, Econsumer.gov and IC3.
Update 2: When I attempted to go to Maxvio dot com late Thursday night via my ipad, the website no longer existed. SO I'M REALLY CONFUSED WHEN I'M STILL SEEING ANGRY REVIEWS ON THIS TRUST PILOT PAGE ON 6/13/20 for instance claiming they got scammed and talking about a st.louis arts college email WHEN THE PAGE HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN.
Update 3: Time to get igeekfox shutdown because they're the ones who charged my credit card.
IGeekFox's website reeks of fraud:
1) Theres no phone number listed for customer service but yet it's a shopping website. I thought all shopping websites had a number to call.
2) This is clearly a clothing website, so how come under the refund policy there is details about returning CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes when this website is clearly selling clothing only??? This is the same "refund policy" that was featured on Maxvio.com.
3) I took the physical address listed on the iGeekFox website and entered it into Google Earth. 2900 Gulf Shore Blvd N, Naples, FL 34103, United States. It leads to come condo development with lots of units. If this business was a serious clothing seller, they would at least list the unit number of the condo. So to me, this is another fake address just like Maxvio.com
4) When you click on the social media icons on the iGeekFox website, they take you to a Twitter, Youtube and Facebook account called "Out of the Sandbox" (@outofthesandbox). These accounts talk about digital branding and has nothing to do with the clothing they're selling. Their instagram link takes you to a page that says Sorry, this page isn't available. And their snapchat icon takes you to the "shopify" snapchat page.
5) If you go to the refund page, there is a line about exchanges and sending the item back to VIETNAM?! Address: igeekfox, 766 Vo Van Kiet, Ho Chi Minh 700000, Vietnam. If you look up that address on google, it takes me to a different address which happens to be a HOSPITAL!
Update 4: Upon further reading more comments, someone mentioned foxhawks.... so I went to FoxHawks.com and this website looks like the same damn setup as iGeekfox.com and Maxvio.com. Each have the same verbiage on the refund page: "CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened."

Im so freaking mad I acutally fell for this stupid website!!!! Im so mad at myself cuz I had a feeling when i first got to the site that it was a little sketchy.... but the deals they where offering were really good but obviously too good to be true and it was the one time i didnt look up the site and see if it was legit. I finally knew when I emailed their "costumer support" and the email came back unsent!!!
SCAM
SCAM! I bought an item 2 days ago through maxvio.com because I needed the item quickly since it's on back ordered by the manufacturer. Teaches me a lesson to see something too good to be true. I tried contacting them on their phone number which is disconnected and their email which bounces back as undelivered. I stop payment on my credit card and will have to replace it it now.
I placed an order
I placed an order, I recieved an email confirmation, but never a ship date, I asked them when it would ship via there website and never recieved a response, so I needed to stop by bank card bc they billed me and i was afraid bc they had my card info, dont buy from maxvio.com, soo sad people have to scam people, its disgusting!!
