Ordered a ‘Pre-order Christmas Kit’ about 4 week before Christmas which was advertised with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I had no confirmation of anything being dispatched so had to email 3 times with no response, then the day before Christmas when it was too late to order else where I was told they would not be able to fulfil my order due to lack of stock, which I’m sure they would have been aware of well before this date. Myself and other customers left comments on their Instagram page as I was not getting a response via email asking for updates as they also did not receiver their package which were just ignored and deleted. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
Item never delivered. Ordered just under 3 weeks ago. Stated shipped on emails however never received. Checks with Royal Mail show tracking number from another Royal Mail parcel to my address has somehow been copied onto boba order which then states item delivered when it is for an entirely different parcel. Contact made with company who won’t issue refund until confirmed with Royal Mail who because of the tracking number been copied state delivered. Believe this may be some sort of complex scam. Reported to action fraud. Never had to do this before and utterly disappointed.
If I could give this company a 0 I would, I recieved last Saturday,upon looking at the item I had some tapioca pearls missing for the price you pay I thought there was a cup with it but that was my mistake they don’t offer a cup, ok I sent them an email saying there was no tapioca pearls they then wanted to see a picture but not sure why because if I they know what’s in the box and the pearls was missing( I could of said half of it was missing) but I didn’t and I would not do that, they ignored my emails and all I wanted was the pearls so I told them I will be writing a review if they weren’t sent then they come back saying they want it back once recieved they will issue a refund no way I don’t trust these people if they cannot send out a missing item they will not refund you and then claimed I used harsh lanquage and threats I have email to prove otherwise so guys if you buy from these people be warned there customer service skills are awful they like to accuse you of lying
