I have sent many emails to the info email that is on your website, and get no response, i haven't received the order, or any sign that the order even exists, excepto for the money that i paid.

Very bad experience with this company. I will not buy anything from them again. The reason is that while I returned an unwanted mobile phone to them, I received a very slow response, resulting in the return of the mobile phone not being valid. So I was forced to pay for it and the mobile phone was never returned.

They stopped replying to my emails after I have put my experience with them in this website ! Woow ! Until I get my money back, I will believe that I got stolen a galaxy s24 Ultra price ! I cannot imagine what happened to me !

This website is a scam. I ordered a watch from them on July 1st and it didn’t arrive , so I contacted them to cancel it and refund me the money as I paid with Klarna, the canceled the order 27852 but they didn‘t cancel my Klarna invoice and they never refunded me the money. I was told to wait that the invoice will be cancelled and they never did. Now I am still paying for this and I contacted them again , they kept telling me that the invoice is cancelled but that is not true. A BIG SCAM.

I paid for the device since 06.12.2023 but I didn't received it yet,the merchant uncooperative: he never answer my phone calls. And he refused to refund me.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab from them in May. Of course, I didn't receive it, so they promised me a refund. Well, it's been almost 4 months now, and they've been feeding me with promises. I feel so disgusted by this! I wonder how much money they stole from people in total and if it's possible to file a law suit against them or something.

I ordered 2x smartphone (Realme 10 128GB/8GB RAM Clash White) on 18.05.2023.
Deliver time was 5 days , after two weeks goods were not delivered and i revoked contract.

Since three months I’m waiting for refund and still write emails get answer that i will get refund within the week but still nothing.

The order has not yet been refunded.
I will not change my review until the order has been refunded. Order number 27233.

They took my money 2 months ago, but they don't want to send me my watch yet! I am trying to get my money back! Of course, the next step is police!

Seller declined my cancelation and said the product is going to be shipped. I bought the product at 1am and canceled it at 3am. Seller answered me at 11am.
I hä to wait for 3 month till I got my money back and only with the help of Amazon. Don’t trust this shop.

PS: I can proof everything. I have WhatsApp chat and email with Amazon.

I ordered the headphones AirPods Gen 2 , for 2 months, every week I was told that I would arrive the following week. So I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. I want to specify that after the cancellation within a week the money entered my account. I do not recommend !!!

Bought and paid for a TV on the 27th of Feb - now 20 days later still no TV. :-(

Update 15 april, Still waiting for my TV!!! 3 weeks ago I asked for my money back. I was told is just about to be delivered. Then after waiting another week I was sent a GLS Trackid. Then I found out it was a delivery from Spain to germany which had nothing to do with me. Now I was told the Order would be send soon. But still 47 DAYS AFTER!!! only BEING LIED TO!!!!! IF I DONT HAVE MY ORDER NEXT WEEK I AM GETTING THE POLICE INVOLVED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

I ordered the monitor on 5/12/22. To date I have not received the order. Contact with the company is only by e-mail. I was assured the parcel was on its way. I received a tracking number that was not mine. I do not recommend this store.

Is the worst online shop. Thet are the biggest liar. I ordered 1 of October one TV and i transfer the 370€. Normally date of delivery was 6 th of October. So at 11 of October the TV wasn't delivered, so I canceled my order and I asked them my money back. They never put my money and always telling me: "during the day you will have the money or the next day". They returned my money after 1 month and i was sending them every day email.

Its a total waste of money
Its being 2 months and so far nothing has arrived, they tell you 5 days and then if you ask for the product they put an excuse that they have problems with the system, its being like 4 times that my they´ve told me the product its being sent, but nothing, NEVER buy from this shop, they are never gonna give you anything because they don't have it.

The Company is really annoying , first they let me waiting a month for bestellung 22733 and when I write a lot to the company to drop and cancel my order, they wrote simple to waite for delivery. Do they understand when I am saying to cancel and to return my money back.

Two months ago I ordered a TV and transferred money to MyOnlyShop. Since then I got many promises from MyOnlyShop, but no product. My request to transfer money back was also left unanswered. I am involving a lawyer now. Keep away from this fraud company.

Came across this web site, thought I was onto a good website with cheap pricing free delivery,

Created an order for a smart tv 2/12/17 for a present for a young child for Christmas, the payment was taken from my Pay pal, it is now 18/12/17 and I have received no update regarding shipping, when I contacted customer service they told me to be patient, try and tell that to a 4 year old child when Santa does not deliver her Christmas present, the payment should not have been taken until the item was ready to ship, this company sates it deliver word wide, there complete web-site is in German language and cannot be changed to English txt,STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

company have now refunded the money,no explanation as to why my item was not sent,thank you for the refund,unfortunately I will not use your company again.
