Excellent service

I have recently moved from Wales to Andalucía and as a nutritionist I had access to many health businesses online. I am so happy to have found Naturitas. There is a fantastic selection of products from quality supplements to organic foods and household products. Delivery is always quick. 👌

Order never shipped

I had a similar experience to what everyone else is saying. I placed an order and got tracking information. Days later and the UPS website said they were still awaiting the package from Naturitas. Contacted Naturitas and they told me it wouldn't show up with UPS until it cleared customs. I patiently waited 3 months. When I contacted customer service they started working with me for a resolution. Days later I got an email asking for the order number and a bunch of other stuff that was previously given and in the email chain. From that point I got the run around so I contacted my credit card company and that's the only way I got a refund. It's like someone at the company wanted to be helpful and someone else jumped in to stop it.

Feels like a gamble

My experience with Naturitas over the past few months has been terrible. After several purchases, I’ve come to feel that buying from Naturitas is a gamble.

My most recent orders didn’t arrive, supposedly due to issues with the carrier. However, when this happens repeatedly, you really start to wonder. The company seems to handle a high volume of orders, but its management is clearly inadequate.

These problems have become recurring, and communication is unclear, which creates distrust and gives the impression that the company is not fully transparent.

It’s a shame that a company offering a wide variety of hard-to-find products at lower prices suffers from such poor management. If they don’t radically improve how they handle orders and customer service, they are likely to lose the trust of many customers. In my case, I’ve decided not to buy from them again, because saving a few euros isn’t worth the uncertainty of not knowing when, or even if, your order will arrive.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, they advertise as a Canadian company with naturitas.ca when they are actually a EU company based out of Spain. I recently ordered 12 cans of prescription cat food, it took a whole month to get delivered because when I went to track the package I realized that it was shipping from the Netherlands not Canada and had to go through the whole customs procedure. Upon arrival, there was 1 can delivered in a small box instead of 12, still waiting on a response from the company on a refund, customer service is literally non-existent, there is no phone number to call on their web site, only a contact form where you can expect an email response days later, presumably from a bot.

KEEP away. It's a well organised scam.

Company is a scamm
The website, including the reviews in the website is curated by fake AI artefacts.
Whatever response comes from SPAIN.
Australians, please keep away.
Luckily I purchased the items via PayPal.
I suspected the fraud and lodged a refund immediately.

Thus I got my money back.

Great products, poor delivery

Great quality of products and good prices, sometimes with good sales deals. However, terrible delivery service from GLS, every time! If you order a package that is heavy (few litres of milk) they will NEVER deliver it to your doorstep. They always pretend they visited your door and failed to find someone (although you are in waiting all the time for them) just so that they can leave it somewhere more convenient for them and not have to carry it to your door. The reason why I order heavy things to my door is because I cannot lift them myself so I need help! Otherwise I would have shopped in a physical store. Please sort out this issue with the courrier as I have experienced it many times now.

I appreciate that you operate across countries, but you should do your howework and gather the required knowledge of correct adress data structures, invoices etc. This is so basic, I am speechless. Experience with this shop was as bad as it possibly gets.
Customer service is unwilling, uncapable, borderline respectless. 0/5 if I could, stay clear.

Why do Naturitas choose SEUR?

AGAIN, didn't SEUR deliver. 
Why do Naturitas choose such a bad delivery company??

I still haven't got my parcel, I don't even know where it is.

They had a lame excuse that they can't access.

But the correo post, DHL, Amazon and many others can deliver to me.

Last time I ordered from Naturitas I had to walk far away to pick up the parcel and carry a heavy parcel back to my home. I am chronical Ill and get out of breath for every 10 steps.

Too bad.

Watch out for Naturitas

Watch out for Naturitas, they are thieves!!!! They informed me that the suplement i bought is no longer accepted by UE and I can return it and they will refund me. I did return it and the refund never arrived!!!!!!! I reported them to the police, thieves!!!!!!!

SCAM

Do not buy from this company. Basically I had the same experience that all the other customers have already mentioned:
- order delayed by weeks without any updates by Naturitas
- more than 50% missing of that order
- customer service basically non-existent
- they cancelled the missing items of my order without asking me
- still waiting for my full refund, will probably never get it

I have no idea why this company is still allowed to operate. They do not send your ordered items but keep your money!!! Beware!
