I have been wearing my Nebroo hearing aid's now for more than a year. I am very impressed with them. They fit comfortably in my ears and do not give off the annoying squealing sound that other products I tried did. I like the feature of being able to change the setting when you are in different places like restaurants, outdoors, or large crowds. I definitely give this product five stars.
Had a wonderful experience with Shyra a Nebroo customer service rep. Very well, spoken and knowledgeable about the process. Her understanding and empathy with my order being stolen from my residence was heartwarming. I so look forward to receiving my new hearing aids Shyra went above and beyond to make sure my satisfaction was achieved. Nebroo is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
When I ordered the hearing aids from my TV, they said I would get a phone number to call. I did get an email. But when I emailed them, then I got a receipt, and a phone number. But the receipt said they had charged me over $700.00. I thought I was paying $300.00. I also do not like the fishing technique they used for the sale. They were advertizing $100.00 hearing aids, but would not let you go until they made you buy other things, and that process was long and deceptive. So I tried to cancel the order, and waited for a long time then they asked me to leave a message. So far I haven’t received a call back. My advice is don’t do business with Nebroo.

I placed an order video came on, so I had to call you guys and upgrade my order to the infinity hearing aid. 🦻 Thank you guys for having that video on there so I upgraded and got myself the infinity hearing aids with the app and Bluetooth. I’m on a fixed income and you guys actually worked with me and helped me out so I was able to get hearing aids so I could hear my grandchildren and my wife and my children. I just want to say thank you very much for everything. The lady who helped me on the phone with my order and that was very nice. She knew the product she knew everything. I asked her. You must have a good company because you’re employees seem to be very happy and that’s a good thing thank you very much and have a blessed day.🙏😇✝️🍷

It wasn't the help on the call that was so-so, it is just a difficult task trying to change the ear domes. They are so slippery and small! You guys need to come up with a method/tool to aid in this task.

Amanda...I just want to follow-up with you re: the Infinity pair. they are working out very well. no feed back screeching and they work around my live music times. This after trying 4 different hearing aid brands looks like Nebroo is the winner. Thank you very much for all your help and kind understanding. Your customer service is spectacular!

Great customer service if you can get through. I finally did and Brenda was fantastic. I purchased the in the ear mode but the set was too big for my ear opening. I am waiting to get the behind the ear ones to try them out. My current prescription is aging out hence wanted to try a new company.

I was in the market for a new hearing aid to replace my current hearing which had broken. Having explored the features and options offered I chose the Pro 3.0 and placed an order. After doing so, I viewed a Video showing the advanced features of the Infinity model. I received the email confirming my order for the Pro 3.0 model. Having decided I would prefer the Infiniry Model, I immediately called customer service and spoke to Brenda. I explained my desire to obtain the Infinity model. Brenda advised shipping would halt the shipment of the 3.0 model, and change the Order to the infinity. As the Infinity model was more expensive than the 3.0 model. Brenda was able to apply what I had already paid for the 3.0 model to the purchase of the Infinity Model. She then advised, once the order was finalize the Nebroo Infinity Model would be shipped to me. My experience with Nebroo’s Customer Support was exceptional.

My initial issue with Nebroo was not being able to reach them when I had a product. After my first review I was contacted by Maryanne. She was sincerely interested in my observations and feedback. Not only did she take notes she restated them and provided solutions. Having been in business my entire adult life, I appreciated her commitment to the company she represents. My initial review was based on my service experience and not the product. Since my concerns were resolved It is very easy to justify a 5 rating.

I want to thank Travis for his remarkable custom service. He showed his genuine concern in assisting me. He allowed me to explain my complaint and offered to make the matter right. That is good service in my opinion. Good product despite a minor problem with connection to base. The price is very affordable in getting the job done. I hope in the future they will expand the colors to match various skin tones. Try Nebroo hearing aids to see if it works for you

I have small ear canals the customer service was great and cooperative - very helpful with my needs and choosing smaller ear domes for my ears. I am a first time wearer for hearing aids. They have definitely made a difference in my hearing. Im glad I chose this option over paying thousands at a doctor's office-

I love the Xfinity hearing Aids. Their is 4 situation settings, it does help depending if it a quiet or restaurant setting!
They are comfortable to wear! Unique design.

I have prescription hearing aids that cost a lot but they still just arent quite right so I thought I’d give the nebroo a try. The clarity is awesome but I couldn’t adjust the loudness to a comfortable level. I reached out to return them and Brenda offered to sent me an upgrade to the infinity for free. If they don’t work then I can still return both pair for a refund. Im hoping the new ones work out. Great customer support with quick and profeuresponse.

You need to "Promote" him. You do not want to lose him.
I would recommend him. Thinking the one I purchased did Bluetooth and had noise reduction per your ad. Then learning it doesn't, your ad showed the one I purchased did all that. I paid $69 discount price, was $99. So I'm requesting since I just got mine, you take it back as it's not the right one for me. Take $296 - $99 (not discounted) and my cost is $197... I want what the ad showed. And again, think the world of Mikee!

I ordered a set of hearing aides from Nebroo 9/2/2025 & received the set 9/15/2025.
I previously used over-the-ear aides & the set ordered were insert in the ear style. I found they did not work for me & I called back 11/11/2025 and spoke with Ella. She offered to send the over-the-ear style. I received this set 11/23/2025 and had much better luck with this style.
My contact with Ella was always very pleasant & I highly recommend her services! I am very pleased with my purchase and with Nebroo for everything.
