I had an amazing experience working with NP Hub during my clinical placement process. Honestly, this is worth every penny. It saved me a ton of time on calling around to hopefully find a preceptor. My student coordinators Camilo and Mariale were phenomenal. They were so quick on replying & constantly following up with me. They were extremely helpful throughout this process. I was matched with a preceptor so fast & I wish I would have reached out to NP hub earlier. I plan/hope to do more preceptorships with NP hub in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Camilo and Mariale at the NP Hub, and I couldn't be more impressed with their support and dedication. From the very beginning, they displayed exceptional organizational skills and a genuine commitment to helping me succeed as a student. I have now completed my second rotation with NP Hub, and the experience has continued to be positive. From the beginning, they arranged all five of my required rotations within a month. Moving into my second placement, the process remained organized and well managed.

Andrea and Natali have been consistently responsive. When an issue arose with one of the sites, they addressed it quickly and worked hard to keep everything on track. My preceptor has also been engaged and communicative, and she has been welcoming throughout the eight-week rotation. If it were possible, I would gladly complete all five rotations with the same preceptor. Since that is not allowed, I am looking forward to starting my third rotation with another local outpatient provider. The site is about an hour from my home, which is very manageable, and I am looking forward to continuing in an outpatient setting.

I attend Chamberlain, where the approval process can be lengthy and decisions often come close to the start date. That structure means that when something shifts, it can feel urgent. Having a placement service managing communication, documentation, and follow-up has removed a significant amount of stress. The time saved alone has made a difference in my ability to focus on coursework and clinical preparation.

There is also a broader reality that students face. Universities often expect preceptors to take on students without compensation. In busy outpatient practices, time directly affects revenue. Expecting experienced clinicians to consistently absorb additional teaching responsibilities without support does not align with how most practices operate. In that context, paying for a structured placement service represents practical value. For me, the cost has been worth the stability, time savings, and reduced anxiety throughout this process.

So far, my experience with NP Hub across two rotations has been smooth, professional, and reliable, and I am looking forward to beginning my third rotation with their support.

Juliana and Andrea have made my clinical rotations completely seamless from handling everything required for school clinical approval to providing consistent weekly check-ins throughout my rotations. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and supportive. Anytime I have a question or concern, I receive an answer within minutes. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. After a very stressful first clinical placement experience, I turned to NP HUB—and I am truly grateful that I did. From start to finish, the placement process was seamless, well-organized, and transparent. Going through the application process with Ernesto was very easy as well as the communication when we hit a few snags with the paperwork. I had previously attempted using ACE to find my first clinical rotation and that fell apart with little to no follow up after. I'm looking forward to this next step and will update after the term. I'm glad I was able to find someone competent to help me through this process.
