Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally express satisfaction with the company's products, particularly regarding their quality and effectiveness. People have observed positive outcomes, especially concerning their pets' skin conditions, digestive health, and dental hygiene. Many reviewers highlight improvements in their dogs' overall well-being after using the products. However, a significant number of consumers have voiced concerns about the subscription practices of the company. Reviewers report being unknowingly enrolled in recurring subscriptions, leading to unexpected charges and difficulties in obtaining refunds. Some customers also report issues with the order process. While the products receive positive feedback, these payment issues detract from the overall customer experience.

Placed first order – won't be ordering again

Placed my first order a week ago, but nothing has been delivered, despite it being on a 48 hour postal service. Sent two emails asking where the order has got to, but no reply, despite the website saying they normally reply within 12 hours. I won't be ordering again, and will start a chargeback with my bank if nothing has turned up by the weekend. Would usually be more patient but my dog really needs these supplements and I chose Nutri-Paw over another company. Should have known better than to be taken in by Instagram advertising!

Concerned

I ordered the pre/ post/ probiotic treats from A****n and my dog has had her first dose. I will remain neutral and update later on their effectiveness despite now being a little concerned about this company.

Upon reading about all the subscription nightmares I did return to the Nutripaw website to have a look as I had almost purchased directly but wanted quicker delivery.

If you are ordering on a phone you cannot see the second box located underneath the product options that shows you are signing up to a subscription UNLESS you scroll down. And really, once you have selected your product, you wouldn’t have any need to look further, I think that’s why people are getting caught out.

Also just by looking at it, if you do see it, it is not super clear that a subscription is pre selected/ automatically agreed to by you and when you look in your basket there is no mention of subscriptions. Recurring payment is mentioned in very light, small print when you check out.

It’s very naughty to have this section located separately below the products and be automatically selected to subscribe every 30 days without requiring customer to personally consent. Many people won’t need the products that frequently unless they have a huge dog either!

To avoid subscribing you do need to scroll down under the product options and toggle off the subscription button. This then slightly increases the prices of the product, but not by much.

Why not have clear pricing options for one off purchase and subscriptions all in one place and allow the customer to choose rather than making people feel like they have been scammed? It would lead to better reviews and trust.

Absolutely horrendous company

Absolutely horrendous company. Offered me a discount code that did not work, but when I emailed absolutely no response for over 3 weeks. Certainly puts you off actually purchasing anything when customer service is so useless they cannot answer a simple email. I would go elsewhere to a company that can reply. Oddly I did get an automated response included “ To help us respond as quickly as possible, there’s no need to send multiple emails. Your message is safely in our system, and replying again can sometimes push your enquiry further back in the queue.”!!

Unethical business practice

Sadly I have to add my name to the many reviewers who have experienced the same issue.

Placed an order 10 days ago and on their confirmation email I noticed it was described as being a ‘repeat order’ which I hadn’t asked for.

So I emailed them straight away explaining that I did not want to have a repeat and asked them to confirm back that. No reply.

So 5 days ago I emailed them again, asking for confirmation that I wasn’t going to repeat orders - and again, no response.

From their website: “ Prefer to email us directly? Please contact us via our email, we typically reply in less than 12 hours”.

Unacceptable practice and to avoid further further payments being taken for ‘repeat orders’ I will now have to contact my bank.

Having taken my dog to the vets…

Having taken my dog to the vets frequently for ear infections it came as a surprise when it was suggested that we try Nutipaws products.

Since using NutriPaw our Dog hasn’t been back to the to the Vets with the same problem. I was told that it was probably something in his stomach, digestive system and this is absolutely proven to be the case. The cost of the vet bills was one thing, the discomfort that my dog went through was way way more important.

I purchased the ‘dental formula’ and ended up with an unwanted subscription

I purchased the ‘dental formula’ to try for my dogs smelly breath. The dog didn’t like the water so no problem, I tried and it didn’t work. THEN I get an email telling me my next bottle of expensive mumbo jumbo is on its way. How come? I had inadvertently subscribed- this is such a cheat. The the fun starts, trying to unsubscribe is a job which takes about half an hour and the detective abilities of Poirot.
Do not buy from this company, you’ll never be able to leave.

Our 12 year old Yorkie has had issues with her ears for quite a while and not long ago her anul glands. We started using the pro biotic treats. The first 3 weeks nothing seemed different. However after about 6 weeks we now give her 2 treats per day and her ears seem to have greatly improved as has her scooting. Her poos are much better too.

Subsription I never signed up to

Similar to other reviews Nutripaw atempted to take money from my card for a "subscription" which I did not sign up to.

Placed an order on 7th January 2026 & notified this morning at 05:00 there was another attempted payment.

Have blocked any Nutripaw via my bank.

In order to cancel the "subscription" (that I never signed up for) they made it extremely difficult.

This is very sneaky & unethical.

Will not use Nutripaw again & advise anyone considering using them to read, when ordering, very carefully.

Great for stress licking and allergies 👍

I finally gave in and tried this after seeing multiple adverts on Facebook and I'm so glad I did!
Our 7 year old Staffy had been stress licking her paws costing us loads in antibiotics and anti inflammatories from the vets. It took about 7-10 days to see some results but after 6 weeks on two tablets a day her licking and itching had stopped. We've put her down to one tablet a day which manages it, also great for our other dogs who has allergies and itches.

Both dogs (27kg and 6kg dogs) are on one tablet a day so a tub lasts us 60 days. It is advisable to take double the dosage for the first few weeks but I would weigh this up with the price of the tablets. We did 3 tablets a day for our staffy for a week which seemed to kick-start the relief from the sore feet.

👍
