Last year, we bought a Nuuroo kali swimsuit for our daughter from the website, but after a short time, the zipper stopped working. The zipper itself couldn’t be closed since it kept coming loose. Also, the stitches came loose, so we haven’t been able to use the product since.
We tried to reach out to Nuuroo twice (in April and May 2025) but they fail to respond and just ignore our e-mails. Would definitely NOT recommend!
Always high quality. Great delivery system and great product. I got my daughter her first eating cutlery, bowls, all dining sets from here. Also got her duvet and bed sheets from this brand and so glad with the quality.
I recently purchased a thermo set from nuuroo.dk website, which was advertised as "lined." However, upon receiving the product, I found that the sleeves of the jacket and the front part of the pants are not lined, contrary to the expectation set by your description. Nowhere on the website does it clarify that the product is only partially lined.
When I contacted customer service regarding a reimbursement for the return fee, I was disappointed by the response. I was told that this is a well-known brand and suggested that I should have known better. The person I spoke with further claimed that it has "never been a problem to anyone else," implying that my concern was invalid. This response was unhelpful and dismissive.
As a customer, I expect accurate and transparent information when making a purchase. The misleading description of the product and the poor customer service I experienced has left me dissatisfied. I would strongly encourage Nuuroo to ensure product descriptions are more specific and to provide better customer support in situations like this.
Due to this experience, I will no longer consider purchasing from their website and would advise others to proceed with caution when buying from Nuuroo.
