I kept hearing about Oakcha and seeing the ads and videos on Instagram so I decided to give them a try. I ordered mind's mirror, their version of Valaya, pacific chill and received a free bottle as it was buy 3 get 1 free. Let me say that I love them all. I don't understand what people are complaining about. The product is good the sillage is good and projects very well, I typically purchase all of my perfume from Saks and now that know that Oakcha's products are legit, I will be ordering more. Why spend hundreds of dollars on 1 bottle of Louis vuitton when I can order from Oakcha. I ordered Sunday and received the shipment in 3 days. One more thing the atomizer wasn't sent and I reached out to customer service to let them know and received a tracking number for it already. No long conversation needed. All I have to say is ok Oakcha!!!

My experience with Oakcha hasn't always been smooth but Brian and others have gone above and beyond to make me feel like my experience with Oakcha matters to them.

The fragrances that I have purchased have exceeded my expectations. I bought a scent that was inspired by a fragrance by Clive Christian that reportedly retails for several hundred thousand dollars. I just had to know. It was that kind of fragrance. I could see some royal walking around a cocktail party wearing it with their nose in the air. A little soft for my preference. The fragrance that I purchased with it, English Royale was a smash. A projection beast. Exactly what I look for in a signature scent. It was inspired by a fragrance by my favorite perfumer, Roja Dove. An Oakcha original, Ironleaf has some sort of olfactory magic. I mixed it with English Royale and created my new signature scent. All of the Oakcha Oud collection smell different and are worth the investment.

I have suddenly developed a love for fragrance. The problem is that I can’t afford most of the ones I fall in love with. Then I discovered companies that make dupes of those beautiful perfumes so I started ordering. I was not very happy with my experiences until I discovered Oakcha!! I cannot say enough good things about Oakcha. Every fragrance I have ordered from them has been outstanding and sometimes smell even better than the OG. The fragrances last on my skin a good 8+ hours and longer on clothes. Their customer service is wonderful! Give them a try! You won’t be sorry!

I bought 3 bottle: Marshmallow, Ruhe and That Girl. What I love: lovely design (made me think of Tatcha), the smell almost identical to the Original, if it can last longer that can be replacement of the Original.
And customer service absolutely lovely and quick to respond.

I had two issues that needed handled at the same time: 1) My Apartment Number had accidently been left off of the FedEx package for the first order I had ever ordered from Oakcha, I was wondering why it just wasn't arriving so finally (Stupid Me) I checked the tracking number and it showed that it was "stuck" at the final FedEx hub, before being delivered to my address due to "bad address" (Simply Apt# missing). I was told that only the sender could "Change the address" (add the apt#), so I sent a request through the contact portal for this issue. 2) I was on the website looking for a way to contact customer service, when a new fragrance caught my eye, so I placed another order as well. However, it didn't appear that the order went through, so I ordered again. BOTH orders HAD gone through, so I quickly contacted customer service to PLEASE cancel the duplicate order made in error.
Brian handled BOTH issues within the hour. Quick, friendly, customer service- not ONCE asking me "why" or "put explanation here". I sent two e-mails, and Brian resolved the issues quickly, professionally, and set a standard that I believe ALL companies' customer service representatives could learn from. EXCELLENT JOB BRIAN!

Wow! I just received my purchase order today and I’m obsessed. There’s always a gamble when trying new company fragrances, but I hit the lottery with Oakcha. Unbeatable prices for undeniable scents. And they even have customer service that responds ASAP if you ever have an issue. Oakcha is a force and those other brands better prepare. Great job Oakcha! I look forward to growing my collection even larger with your products; keep it up!

I love Oakcha fragrances. I’ve previously purchased a couple bottles and recently decided to order 3 more. I received my package within 3-4 days which is amazing. Unfortunately, one bottle received was not the one I ordered. I contacted customer service and within less than an hour the issue was resolved. An apology from Oakcha was issued and the correct fragrance is already on the way. Mistakes happen but this is the kind of company I without a doubt will continue to support. Their products are amazing and their customer service is incredible. Great company!

I ordered off of TikTok & allegedly it said it was delivered. With the age of camera’s no it was not. So, I reached out to Oakcha & I didn’t expect for them to send me the exact Madame Rose that I previously ordered. It smells wonderful & I can’t wait to order more. Thank you Oakcha for making it right!

Overall they have a great selection of scents, some dupes and some originals. It's safe enough to blind buy because they are very good about descriptions and in the case that you truly hate an item you can return it, plus they are inexpensive enough that you aren't throwing away your paycheck!. I am in love with almost all of the scents!

Absolutely love the fragrance Heavens Speak! I’ve always been a Sinful fragrance lady but Heavens Speak is beautiful. You can only say beautiful and It makes you feel beautiful. I smell it all day. It’s sold out and I am begging oakcha for the oil in this fragrance! Also please hurry and restock . I’m on bottle 2 and I don’t want to run out!

I have ordered a few sample sets, as well as Watermelon Jam, and they all smell so great!!! I saw an ad about a month ago for Cotton Clouds and it sounded exactly like what I was looking for- sweet, a little fruity, delicious! It came in a pretty bottle and it does smell amazing- maybe even better than I expected. I noticed right away that my purse smelled great and so did my car. When I inspected the bottle more closely, the top lid was cracked but that isn’t an huge deal. However, there was a slight leak somewhere around the pump mechanism. I can’t find the leak but I keep wiping the top clean and it is always wet again after I use it- it gets all over my hands. I emailed customer service and sent them photos that they requested and within 10 minutes, the entire issue was solved and they had shipped me a new bottle. I have to say that I love the scent 10/10 and I also love their customer service 10/10!!! You really can’t go wrong- thank you Oakcha!

I had an issue with the sprayer/pump on one of my bottles and emailed Oakcha. They responded right away, like right after I emailed. I sent them video of issue so they could look into for further product research and they emailed they would send me another one right away. No issues, hassles. Great customer service.

There are some great scents on this website, I love the strawberry scent! My partner especially liked the oud collection and is in the process of purchasing more, and I am enjoying trying new scents with the various collections available. There are a few scents that haven't been to my taste but the customer service has been good with rectifying any concerns I have had. I would love if it was available to the UK without the added tax and shipping - this makes it less accessible for us to purchase as often as we would like, but otherwise, it's worth trying the many available scents!

I really wanted to like Oakcha, but my first order was a miss overall.

I bought four fragrances (Dubai Cocoa Pista, Choco Break, Marshmallow Mist, Libra Elixir) plus the travel atomizer. The bottles and branding are cute and the scents on blotter are fine for the most part, but performance is extremely weak for me.
• Libra Elixir was basically undetectable even right after spraying.
• Marshmallow Mist was light but at least noticeable on fabric, then faded very fast.
• Dubai Cocoa Pista and Choco Break are okay, but still much softer than I’d expect based on the marketing.

When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and told me the perfumes might need time to “settle” and macerate after shipping. They later offered either a return or a $35 store credit, which was generous and appreciated. So support gets a thumbs-up from me.

But needing to shake bottles, store them in a dark drawer for weeks, and hope they get stronger later is not what I’m looking for in a fragrance house. Even if they improve, a perfume shouldn’t be this ghostly out of the box.

Overall: great email response time and cute packaging, but the juice itself is too weak and inconsistent for me to recommend or repurchase. I’ll use my store credit and then move on.

Also, once more, the team at Oakcha is first rate, and I appreciate this very much. 5 star CS is rare these days, but I'd give Oakcha 10 star if I could
