Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they gladly corrected the size and assured me it was corrected and I would receive my Art Work very soon.
I received it and just had it framed. I am absolutely thrilled with my painting. Waiting to have it on my wall.

What I received does not look like the picture of what I ordered. The scale is wrong and the gold foil look glopped on. Absolutely terrible!

The finished product not only matched the images and product description on the website, but once received, the paint quality, packaging, and frame were remarkable and exceeded expectations! This painting is stunning, and I could stare at it all day. I would absolutely order from this vendor again given the exceptional product quality and delivery.

The art piece was packaged very well and looks fantastic. It took a little bit longer than expected to get here, but it was definitely worth the wait!

generally, the painting was similar to the original however it has no depth, and the paint runs/graffiti appear artificial, and the graffiti does not flow as it should .. the artist tried too hard to make a copy but missed the mark.... I would opine that it was a copy made by Banksy's distant cousin rather than a copy of an original... I don't think that it is worthy of hanging on a wall in my house ..

I subsequently reached out to PaintsLab and they are working with me to rectify the problem .. Kudos to their customer support, I look forward to getting the matter resolved.

I recently purchased a painting from Paints Lab, enticed by their promise of 100% original, hand-painted oil artworks. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory and raised serious concerns about what I was sold.

Lack of Pre-Shipment Verification: One of the key assurances from Paints Lab was that they would provide photos and videos of the painting during its creation process before shipment. This was crucial for me to verify the authenticity and quality of the artwork. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any such materials. This omission prevented me from identifying issues before the painting was dispatched.

Quality Concerns: Upon receiving the painting, I immediately noticed discrepancies. The artwork did not match the images provided (acknowledged by Patrick of paints lab) and appears it was mass-produced.

Perplexing Resolution Offer: When I raised these issues, the company's response was troubling. They offered to pay for an expert to confirm that the painting was a printed canvas. Wrap your head around that dichotomy—the company was willing to have an expert prove that the artwork was a print, which is contrary to their advertising of original, hand-painted pieces.

Undisclosed Origin: The painting was shipped from a factory in China without prior notice, which was unexpected. There was no indication during the purchase process that the artwork would originate from overseas, adding to my apprehension about its authenticity and the company's transparency.

Despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably—including offering to meet in person and requesting a straightforward solution—my concerns were not adequately addressed. The company's offers came after multiple conflicting messages and did little to restore my trust. I am currently seeking a full refund.

Our artwork arrived quickly and is even more beautiful than we had imagined. It truly exceeds our expectations!
