Paraguay Solutions has provided me with different services for the last 5 years and it's been always an excellent experience.
They're knowledgeable, responsive and, most importantly, trustworhty.
They've assisted me with complex things such as moving a business to a different jurisdiction as well as with things as basic as a hotel recommendation. Always in a solicitous and helpful manner.
Overall great experience with Paraguay Solutions. They were quite diligent with all the paperwork and communications. They worked hard to get around roadblocks with the Paraguay government and didn't accept setbacks easily.
However, the process was not problem free. They didn't give me correct instructions on my first visit to the country which caused some issues and stress. There was also a philosophical disagreement about how to handle a 1hr paid consultation that only took 30mins. I wanted to get a 30minute credit for a future consultation but that wasn't acceptable to them.
Even with the above issues, I think the business is extremely well run and I would recommend them. I'm especially impressed with their persistence and solution oriented mindset when problems arise as they inevitably do when dealing with a government.
The experience went well, Paraguay Solutions took care of putting me with a lawyer during my stay in Asunción.
There are a number of appointments to be made with the various Paraguayan administrations, it is necessary to plan a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
By the way, Mateus from Paraguay Solutions gave me a number of local contacts for various personal steps that I had to do (rent an apartment etc.). It takes a few months to get the response from the Paraguayan migration authorities.
Was very easy. They guided me through the process of gathering document beforehand, arriving and enjoying Asunción, and the process on the ground. Once I arrived, they picked me and documents up from my apartment and drove me around the city. Took two days of driving and signing and waiting in lines (very few though, as we were ushered to the front sometimes), but everything was handled by the team and I didn't have to worry about anything. 6 months later, I got my cédula!
Robert was so efficient.
He can understand my needs, explain the way and all of I should do before gonna go to Paraguay. There, he picked me up on Hotel he cope with procedures so fast that I had everything done in just one day.
I definitely recommend his services.
Thank's you once again.
