THE ASWER BELOW IS A LIE - THERE ARE NO provider's contact details - THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR PROVIDERS.

My wife booked a covered parking space at Rome Fiumicino Airport. When we picked up the car, there was a large dent along the side.

Parkos claims they are not responsible for damages caused by their partner companies — and I could even accept that — but they refused to give me the legal name of the company that actually handled my vehicle.
Customer Service even said they don’t know the details of the company they work with. They rely on local operators without any real vetting or transparency.

On top of that, Parkos has no offices in the countries where it operates; it is based only in the Netherlands, which means that for any dispute you would have to sue them abroad. In practice, you’re left to chance and must simply hope nothing goes wrong.

When something does go wrong — as in my case — despite numerous calls and messages to Customer Service, you are left entirely on your own, while Parkos protects local operators to the edge of what feels like a scam.

Bottom line: if you care about your car, look elsewhere or use a different comparison platform.
Never again. Moral of the story: I can’t claim damages from anyone, and I’ll have to pay for everything myself.

Mia moglie aveva prenotato un parcheggio coperto all’aeroporto di Fiumicino, a Roma. Al momento del ritiro dell’auto abbiamo trovato un danno consistente sulla fiancata.

Parkos dichiara di non rispondere dei danni causati dalle aziende partner — e questo potrei anche accettarlo — ma si sono rifiutati di fornirmi la ragione sociale di chi ha materialmente gestito la mia vettura.
Il Servizio Clienti sostiene addirittura di non conoscere i dati dell’azienda con cui collabora. Si affida a realtà locali senza alcun controllo e senza garantire trasparenza.

Inoltre Parkos non ha sede nei Paesi in cui opera, ma solo nei Paesi Bassi, quindi per qualsiasi controversia bisognerebbe avviare una causa all’estero. In pratica si è abbandonati al caso, sperando che tutto vada bene.

Quando invece qualcosa va male — come nel mio caso — nonostante numerose chiamate e comunicazioni al servizio clienti si resta completamente soli, mentre Parkos tutela le aziende partner fino al limite dell’inganno.

Conclusione: se tenete alla vostra auto, rivolgetevi altrove o scegliete portali di comparazione diversi.
Mai più. Morale della storia: io non posso chiedere i danni a nessuno e dovrò pagarli di tasca mia.

I found the parking facility no problem, I parked my car inside, no problem, I was driven to the airport, no problem, on my return, I called and was picked up, no problem, in short, all good, no problem!

Great service. Fast pickup and flexible with having to change dates and no huge surcharge. Thanks.

Booked online Nexparking in Catania from 4-6 Dec with the model of my car an license plate. I arrived at the Parking on time with my car and they asked me extra 10 euro per day because they considered my car big so they had to put extra charges. My vehicle is not a small car but it's 4,95 MT long and 1,90 MT. and it's not considered a minibus anywhere (, highway, airport parking) so I end up parking at the airport for the same amount but the company refused to give me a refund. So be careful they are not working too honestly.

All was really excellent in terms of efficiency, service orientation and time tables. Would definitely use their services on our next flight.

I had to use the parking for less time than planned and then couldn’t be refunded for the days I didn’t use.

Car in perfect condition, easy puck up and collection, will use kingparking again

The location and pick up was fantastic even after a 4 hour flight delay

The place is accessible, the staffs were accomodating and the transportation going to the airport and picking us up from the airport lessen our burden throughout the vacation. All in all we would surely recommend this place.

They didn’t show up, they didn’t answer my calls, they left us in the airport without explanation. It’s a fraud!!! They destroied my holidays.

Tutto è proceduto in modo efficiente e regolare.

Easy to reach, directly with the lift you are in the middle of the terminal, not so difficult to find your car when you return if you did a foto to the parking lot section, floor and number.

Dropping off the car was fine, but when we arrived back to the airport next week the experience was absolutely terrible.

First step was to call them to let them know we arrived and that they can pick us up. We called the phone number that was listed both on the business card and their Google information. A very old man picked up who sounded a bit drunk. The only thing we could understand in italian was “Just 2 glasses more” We called again in 10 minutes and again in 20. We waited at the airport arrivals for about 1 hour, also asking any van there if they are here for us, but nobody was. We gave up and got a taxi.

When we arrived at the parking, our car was waiting for us there, and the van that was supposed to pick us up was parked there too.

The man working there was confused as to how are we here if nobody picked us up. We explained to him the situation and he started to be very mean to us. He started to say that we should call him and I explained that we did try many times. He started to complicate further and then started to say “I have a guy there who is still waiting for you in a van” which is untrue as 1. The van was parked outside, 2. There was literally no van left at the airport waiting for anybody, except Taxis

He was complicating this conversation in a rude way for 10 minutes for no reason. He could just give us the key, but instead he was making up excuses for so muxh time and nobody cared.

After I got the key to my car, I also inspected it. Nothing was wrong, execptcthe the front hood was open. Why? Nobody had any business opening my front hood.

We then left.

After, I also seen on Google Reviews over 100 bad reviews. Most people had an even worse experience. This place should be shut down.

Everything went as stated. I called on the way to the airport and someone met me to pick up the car. Signed a paper and was on my way to the plane in 5 minutes or less. Pickup was just as easy. My car was waiting for me after I picked up my luggage. If you don't speak Italian (I don't) it is a little challenging but the people are nice and we got it done! Highly recommended.
