Payhawk makes expense management simple and intuitive. The interface is clean, Support is fast and genuinely helpful, and day-to-day expenses are easy to submit. I'd only better grouping for related expenses
Promises much, delivers little
Had difficulty setting up my account, so requested help from support, which promised to be speedy. 6 hours of queuing, so gave up.
They tried to lure me back with the promise of an Amazon voucher if they could have an interview regarding my experience. Had the interview, was promised the voucher, but nothing. Chased on it - no response.
Only deal with this company if you are ok with broken promises and non-existant service.
Poor Experience, Poor Communication - Wouldn't Recommend
After several weeks of calls, meetings, and alignment with our executive team, we reached terms with Payhawk and proceeded through their onboarding processes—only to be abruptly ghosted by Christian and the team without any explanation or follow-up. Despite the time and effort invested, including multiple executive-level discussions, there was zero communication once we were ready to move forward. Fortunately, we secured an alternative solution on short notice with another provider, but the experience with Payhawk was a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise against relying on this company—or its representatives—for any serious expense management needs.

Poor Product, Unethical Company
After reaching out to me multiple times without response, Jeswin called my personal number after absolutely no expression of interest.
I implemented the product at a previous employer and was wholly unimpressed with the product and relevant support.
