Great product, service does not match the quality
The shoes distributed by this company are of high quality; however, the customer service does not match the product. I have purchased multiple items from this company. However, when I tried to return an expensive, unworn pair, they quoted a 2-week return limit. International deliveries take time, and no flexibility was offered. Make sure you don't need to return items before you pay the price.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for your disappointment, but I’d like to clarify a few points for transparency.
Our return window is 14 days from the delivery date. Of course this period always begins once the parcel has been delivered, not when the order is placed. Shipping from France to the USA usually takes 3 to 5 business days, so customers have plenty of time to decide whether to keep or return an item.
As a small family business with very limited stock per model (6 - 12 pairs), we can’t offer month-long return windows like large retailers, it would simply make our business unsustainable.
We always aim to stay fair and transparent, and we encourage our clients to reach out before ordering for sizing or fit advice to help ensure the perfect choice.
I hope this helps clarify our policy and gives some context to our approach as a small family business.

It was my favorite Loints ballet flats that led me to Pick a Shoe. These are the cute and comfortable shoes I wear nearly every day. I live in a walking city, and these keep me going over pavement and up and down stairs all day. They've also taken me confidently over every surface from gravel to cobble stones to root-hatched hiking trails. I used to buy them in a shop in NYC. When they stopped selling the line, I ran to the internet in a panic and was very lucky to find Pick a Shoe. They are a real treasure! I demand equal amounts of comfort and style from my footwear. Loints aren't the only smart, comfy lines they carry. I've discovered several new ones thanks to them. Their customer service is excellent, and shipping seems almost instant. Easiest 5 stars I've ever posted!
