There was a difference of opinion on…

There was a difference of opinion on whether I'd signed a credit agreement or not. I said I had, you told me I hadn't (and I'd been charged £25 because of this)
I rung up to query the charge and we were able to solve the issue by you sending me another credit agreement which I signed whilst on the telephone.
Sylvester, the customer service person, was very accommodating.
