Excellent Customer Service
After refusing 1 of 2 packages because it had been damaged in transit and something had leaked super badly I contacted PricePanda.
After a few emails and realising I could reorder the goods from the website that were missing (I initially thought they might be able to just redeliver) Craig offered me a voucher code for the items and promised to package them super well!!!
Literally a couple of days later the package arrived - obviously I was out 😂and after 3 more attempts the delivery finally arrived - brilliantly packaged and all in order!
Oh and because I messed up the order and the code didn't go through within half an hour of letting them know everything had arrived they issued a refund!!
Thanks Craig - will most definitely be shopping with you guys again!!!

Yes some items maybe slightly more than elsewhere but it balance out when you get free delivery over £25 and some great deals including 1p items. Overall I dont think anyone can complain. They also pack items well and get it out fast too. I hope as there business grows they remember their routes and keep the service up.
