Disappointing experience
I was using several of their VPS instances to host websites. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were multiple instances of downtime, and each issue could only be resolved by opening a separate support ticket for each VPS - they wouldn’t allow a single ticket to cover all affected servers.
At one point, they changed the IP addresses of my VPS without any prior notice. I only found out after discovering the issue myself and was again required to open individual tickets for each VPS just to obtain the new IPs. Updating all the associated domains turned into a timeconsuming mess.
Most recently, they canceled my VPS six days before their expiry date, with no warning or communication at all.
Rather than go through another round of support tickets, I'm leaving this review and switching to a different provider.
Update: Privatealps has now tried to take down this review twice, I will continue to confirm the requests so it stays online!

Scam – Stay Away
I ordered a VPS from this hosting provider, and according to their own Terms of Service, the server should be delivered within 3 hours. It’s now been several days, and I still haven’t received anything.
There was no indication during checkout that servers were “out of stock.” Only after I opened a support ticket—over 24 hours later—did they respond saying they’re out of stock, with no estimated delivery time.
I requested a refund, but they’ve completely ignored it. At the time of writing this review, several days have passed, and I’ve received no server, no proper response, and no refund. They are not honoring their own terms and are ignoring support tickets.
Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this provider at all costs.

We’d like to clarify a few important points: during the period in question, we had clearly communicated via our main service channels (status page, client area, and social media) that our VPS/RDP stock was temporarily out due to high demand. We understand this may not have been visible at checkout, and we’re actively working on improving that process.
Regarding the delivery timeframe: as per our Terms of Service, provisioning can take up to 24 hours in some cases, and that delay was respected. We also want to stress that no ticket or refund request is ever ignored. All support messages are handled, often under 30 minutes, and any delay in your case was not intentional.

Our agency manages e-commerce websites, and we made the unfortunate decision to host with PrivateAlps. The server they sold us has been offline for four days now, and we’ve received zero communication from their support team. Tickets and Telegram messages go unanswered, and there’s no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. This outage is causing immense damage to our clients and to our agency’s reputation.
