I ordered a Windows 10 Pro Retail key, and immediately got the product license. This turned out to be an OEM. After sending an email, I received a Retail key within a few hours, on a Sunday! Good customer service warrants a good review, it's a rare thing these days.

I ordered Word ’21from this firm, however they use every time different names, but after two very odd attempts, to verify this program, I only got the mention, that the registration number was used too many times?
Emails and phone numbers of customer service were fake.
Not to be trusted…!!!

Your reaction shows, that you operate under various names…! To me this shows, that you are not very transparant.
If you tried to contact me via email, or telephone, you seem to have made errors, or not tried at all. As while ordering my purchase, I gave you two email adresses and a phone number. Strange, that such a world wide operating company could not straighten this out ???

I have tried to contact you, with ab email adress, that you used as so called : ” customer service ” , but which I got back, because it could not be delivered at that adress..!!
The phone number, that you mentioned, also of your
” customer service ” did not make contact at all…??
Mentioned email is still in my possession, and phone number also !
As different attempts to download and register this Word edition ended with the message, that registration number was used too many times, and further attempts to contact your ” customerservice ” did not succeed, I dare call you frauds !!!

If you have no customer service by phone, than I wonder, why I had to read out by phone many long number-combinations, while trying to certificate the Word, that I ordered from your company.
To the effect, that my prepaid subscription was almost sucked empty !
This happened after I had already twice tried to get the
registration numbers to function, which gave earlier mentioned result ( - too many times used ! ), and a reference to a phone number…..???
I dare call you crooks, however much you try to tell otherwise.
Also email in my spam folder I read!
If I did not react to an email from you, it must have had the reason, that I requested the payment stopped, from Klarna and did not see any reason to play word games with people, who try to cheat me..!

No problems, the product key I bought worked !
Fast and easy to use.

Inga problem, nycklen som jag köpte fungerar.
Snabb och smidigt.

Code didn't work.
Process is super complicated (need to register by phone, can't just enter the code, which didn't work)
No phone support when something doesn't work.
No willingness to cancel the order or make a complimentary reimbursement.

Had a need for Remote Desktop on Windows 10. Got a Pro (retail) license in just a few clicks for less than 200 SEK. Problem solved.

Installationen krånglade, problem med aktiveringsnyckeln, löste sig efter support av tekniker.
