I’ve been trying to just get a quote for the last two months! I have a number of smaller jobs around my house and I entered a request on the website and called in and left messages four times. Once she said someone would try to be out that afternoon and no one showed up. I expected a call back, but got nothing. I called a week later. Left a message.Was finally able to speak to the woman who sometimes answers and she said they were short-staffed, but after two months still have had no one. A few jobs are bigger (deck railings replaced) down to smaller jobs (fixing a piece of trim), and nothing. I’ve used them in the past and they were responsive and did a good job. I was referred by someone at our church.

We use Rannebarger for all of our short term and long term rentals both for emergency issues and routine maintenance. Dan and his team are amazing. Doesn’t matter what day or time, they respond. Their routine maintenance keep our properties in top shape while making it effortless for me to stay on top of things. They are always on time and professional and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend to business owners and home owners.

Daniel and co very helpful in getting a clogged drain dealt with in a timely manner. There were some additional issues after they left and he made it back very quickly to finish the job and did that for the original cost of the job. Will be calling again when needed and referring to friends.

All I can say is wow! It was a dreary Sunday morning, the day of my son’s seventh birthday party. It was supposed to be outside, but unfortunately with the rain, it looked like it was going to be inside. I went down into the basement to tidy up only to find my sump pump not working. I called and not only did they have someone out within a few hours to get it replaced, they sent the owner Daniel himself! He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He had all of the tools and parts on the truck ready to go. They did such a great job in such a timely manner that I had them out again to camera, inspect and clean the drains for the sump pump as well, the following day since it wasn’t an emergency. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Rannebarger Home Maintenance is. I have recommended them to several friends who have used them, and everyone has nothing but good things to say. I will not be calling anyone else in the future. No matter what it is, my first call will be Rannebarger Home Maintenance.

I have used Rannebarger Home Maintenance for several projects at my current home and have referred Daniel and his crew to several friends and clients of mine. I have used them for gutter cleaning, tree trimming and most importantly drainage work. They have always been punctual, polite and most importantly...honest.
