Bad construction and terrible service

I must be honest and tell you that this is the worst company I have dealt with.

Unfortunately I did not open my initial delivery within 30 days of receiving it.

The product was damaged as a result of poor construction. The packaging was undamaged and perfect, so you cannot blame the couriers. But alas, I had to pay to replace two drawers that were cracked. I had already placed this order in October but now still I get excuses and delays 2 months later

Pathetic and terrible.

Do not buy from this company and save yourself headach

Finally received the package 2 months later. Instead of the 2 mat black drawers I ordered at an exorbitant amount of €186, I received two random panels in some oak coloured planks. So I guess more excuses coming and probably would have to pay more because I did not notify them within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Poor warranty process.

Poor warranty process.
After 1 yr of usage mu dou Che cabi shows very ugly pealing in on of the metallic pieces.
Sanitary Kramer refuses to give me warranty of the part, justifying with cleaning issues. However non of the other metal pieces are showing the pealing defect even though I use the same cleaning process.
I don’t recommend anyone to buy here. Terrible customer service!

Poor Experience

I ordered the Villeroy & Boch toilet and seat cover. The toilet seems old and it was delivered without packaging. In later inspection that day i already see a scratch. It is also pity I have to pay 40 more euros to return the defective and unpackaged product.

Bad quality of goods and service

Bad quality of goods, bad customer service.
Charging for both delivery and return costs is very unusual, but in case the goods are technically not OK it's just not OK. And then when you contact them they just don't help.
I will never order again at sanitaikamer.

If there are defects in the products, a service request can be submitted via [email protected].

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company.

The delivery of our orders was delayed for about 7 weeks. Each time we called, we were told that delivery would take place “next week,” but this never happened.

Even though we paid in full in advance, our products have still not been delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact both the store and customer service, no solution has been provided.

Because of this, we have been unable to move into our home; the bathroom renovation could not be completed due to missing items. We are still living elsewhere and paying additional rent. On top of the financial loss, we are also mentally exhausted from this situation.

My warning to other consumers: Think twice before doing business with this company.

Delivery of Product

Our products have not been delivered for several weeks, despite our repeated phone calls and emails to your company. We have not received any clear communication regarding an expected delivery date. Each time we contact your team, we are informed that the producer will reach out the following week to arrange delivery, yet no such contact has been made.

The lack of support and follow-up has caused us significant inconvenience, resulting in both financial and emotional strain, as we are unable to move into our home due to these ongoing delays. We kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter and provide us with a confirmed delivery schedule.

Fast service, fast solution

I recently renovated my bathroom and ordered a few items last minute from Sanitairkamer online. Everthjng has delivered pretty quickly and timely. Very Disappointed with Quality and Service – Expensive Product Failed in Days

I purchased the Sigma by Geberit drukplaat koper from Sanitair Kamer (Order #567225) — an expensive flush plate that I expected to last for years. It was newly installed and has been used only for pressing with the hand. It has never been cleaned, wiped, or touched with anything else since installation.

Within a very short time, the color started peeling off, revealing white spots underneath. For such a high-priced product, this is completely unacceptable.

When I contacted customer service, they rejected my claim, insisting it was not maintained properly — even though no cleaning or handling beyond normal use was ever done. This points to a clear manufacturing or quality defect.

Very disappointed in both the quality of the product and the lack of support from Sanitair Kamer. I will not purchase from them again and hope this review helps other customers avoid the same costly mistake.

I bought a drain and siphoon for my…

I bought a drain and siphoon for my bathroom. Unfortunately the water flow was so slow and it fills entire bathroom with water in 2 mins. I checked the issue and emailed to sanitairkamer. Thankfully they replied after 4 days by saying “I dont think thats the problem.” woww, whats the problem about my bathroom then? How can you comment by not seeing the issue even though i tested it. Afterwards i replied by saying that i checked everything and thats the issue. They replied as: “Please send me the order number and a video showing that it is not draining properly. Then I can submit a service request to the supplier.” Im not gonna filming my bathroom by filling with water for 2 mins to convince you. I already bought different siphoon from different company and the issue is resolved!

Not great delivery/returns situation.

They fulfill orders slowly which means you're forced to order way in advance to make sure things work smoothly, but have a super restrictive return policy, so if something goes wrong, you can usually not return the article (even if unused). Their products seem good quality, but the service isn't.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible experience from start to finish.
They list items which are not in stock. They shout at you on the phone. After cancelling my order, they promised a refund. It has now been over two weeks and nothing has been processed. They have also completely stopped responding to my emails.
Unprofessional, unhelpful, and unreliable.

Bad customer service, samples literally didn't arrive.

Weren't able to adjust my order 5 minutes after ordering it because it was already packed so had to pay for shipping twice. Order still didn't arrive for almost another week. When the order arrived, two of the samples were missing and customer service is NO HELP AT ALL.

doing their jobs great

Customer Service Department is doing very good even though my case was difficult to prove. They can easily refuse to take care of my problem but they did not and supply the product for free because they listen carefully and convince that my situation should be under guarantee.
Very satisfied by them and definitely they will my first option to buy sanitary products by now.

Our experience with your company has been unacceptable.

Our experience with your company has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We have now received the wrong order three times, despite personally calling your team to confirm that the correct items would be delivered. Each time, we waited three weeks for delivery—only to receive the wrong products again. As a result, our bathroom construction and work with our contractors now have been on hold for over two months solely because of your repeated mistakes. This level of service is simply not acceptable.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs

My experience with Sanitairkamer has been extremely painful and frustrating. Their customer service is completely unresponsive – it’s been over a month since I first reached out for assistance, and I still haven’t received any proper help or resolution.

I was initially told I could return the item I purchased. However, I was later informed I would have to cover the return shipping myself or drive two hours to their warehouse. I didn't complain and politely complied. Once I delivered the item, it was accepted without issue, and I understood that my return was processed.

To my surprise, I later received an email (not even a phone call) stating that my return was rejected and that I now had to pay again to get the item sent back to me. This is outrageous.

The service is appalling, unprofessional, and not what you’d expect from a reputable company. They refuse to take responsibility for what I was told in-store and are now ignoring my emails. I have neither received my item back nor a refund – they are essentially keeping my money and my product.

Do not trust them. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

Delivered quickly but missing parts and

Products great and delivered quickly! I used the company due to quick delivery time! However purchased a radiator and it is missing a lot of the parts! Call center would not help and have to wait 3 working days to get a email response, have to wait now until after the weekend. Not great customer service! Preventing me putting in another order, which is a shame as products are great.

Updated: response from customer service, is that I must wait another 3 days!

Update: Spare parts were not delivered in the 2 week window! Request a refund as I had to purchase from a different company due to my renovation timeline.

Refund still not issued over 2 weeks since the request. Instead they attempted to deliver the spare parts! I rejected the delivery as discussed with their customer service on the phone!

Now saying it was delivered! I am not further forward in getting a refund! Nor a proper response!

The review email they provided me in the review response has done nothing but ignore the email. Therefore not helping as they said.

Update 13 August: still a completely unusable product and not progress on the collection of the product so I can have a refund.

No productive response from customer service and the review email address has still done nothing to help as they say they would. I would just like my Money back please!

No flexibility

I bought an item last year, and unfortunately had a massive delay in my renovation. Asked them to exchange the item for the bigger version, but they didn't allow. I'm not asking for my money back, I'm asking to exchange the item for another size of the same model, which they have available in the shop. The item is impecable, in the original box. Zero understanding, zero felxibility. Very strange for a company that deals with bathroom items.

My advice is to go to SanitairWinkel, where they have humans, not robots.
