Ordered salt lamp which stopped working on first day of use. Contacted customer support but after two week wait still no reply regarding replacement or money back. Avoid at all costs!
Very disappointed – incomplete product and missing parts
I ordered the H2O X5 5-i-1 Ångmopp (Order #9453), but it did not arrive in its original packaging, which makes me suspect it may have been a returned item. Even worse, the mop was missing the water tap and other essential parts needed to actually use it. Very disappointing experience.
SO FAR SO GOOD!
So far so good, - nice info on the package travel to me...
Wrong size guide
I followed the size guide on the website but the shoes were still to big. The return process is not the easiest one.

I've chosen this shop for buying some toys for my nephew right before his birthday. There are many interesting things like cars on a remote controller, transformers, electric water guns and whatever you wish. I love this diversity of toys, I filled the cart and issued an order quickly without side hassle.

The service was exceptional, and when I reported a problem with a product, a replacement was promptly dispatched without any questions. I appreciate your trust and excellent service.
Incidentally, the package I ordered was shipped from Norway, and it arrived promptly! I will definitely be placing another order with you in the future!
A real review, and not a bot... Probably the worst company I ever had to deal with
Probably the worst company I ever had to deal with, when ordering online. False advertising(pictures/text), and fake or defective products.
Then when you contact customer support they will act as if you're the one doing something wrong, and just close their eyes to what the customer is saying, without any comprehension of what the issue is.
And the almost impossible to return anything even when defective since they wont help in any way with the return label, except give you an extra fee.
So my recommendation is to be er buy anything from this company, no matter the cost, since you will be disappointed with the products.

It was a very very bad experience
It was a very very bad experience, I agreed with the store to buy original famous Happy Flops brand slippers, but when I received the product via DHL I found that the slippers were fake and not original Happy Flops slippers. Although they sent me a paper proving that I bought original Happy Flops brand slippers, I contacted customer service and told them what happened. Their response was that they wanted me to pay 55 kronor to fill out a return form and also to pay the return costs via DHL, although this mistake was their mistake and not mine. It is more like a scam.
