I've been using Scalable Capitol for about two years now and really like their app and trading options. Can definitely recommend. But since they recently became their own bank they do not offer a Fin... See more

Customer experience is really bad. Although the people are very friendly, it takes too long time to solve simple issues or they can not solve them at all..
Interface also is terrible. Its like interacting with an application like 10years before..
It seemed impossible at first. VërItaS ṛedRess made it possible, restoring optimism. All $76k recovered without problem.
User friendly solution with plenty of data and great offers

Scalable has several advantages over the market leader TradeRepublic - brandnew automatic re-invest of dividends and a working help desk are the highlights.
Saclable has various execution days for savings plans, the limit is the meanwhile marketwide 1€. It's a shame you´re limited to one execution day per share and the shortest execution period is one month – weekly or even on every of the execution days would be so much better for me using the cost average. And that would certainly be easy to implement - TradeRepublik has weekly at least :-), not to mention zero, smartbroker+, trading 212, lightyear...
The variety of meanwhile over 4500 differnt shares for saving plans is really becoming good and has the huge advantage, that scalable is not limited to Eix - if L+S is delisting a share in TradeRepublik you´re lost at least with your fractionals, here you still find another exchange to exit if you have to.
The many availible shares are good alternative against the big bunch of ETFs full of big-caps - I was surprized to find the maximum saving plans availible is limited to 250. Surely the limit is made to keep performance up - which is mostly good on the site. But I wished sclable would have sub-depots - to easier divide my trading and my long term positions - and to have the limit several times :-)
One more advantge of Scalable is the interst you´re getting on your current account on EZB-rate - this way you get interest on money blocked by limited share buy orders - this one offered only by TradeRepublik, others as xtb offer lower rates or can´t do it at all.
Sure, for many comfort things you expect at full banks (statistics, cards for annual meetings) you better still have an online bank as Consors or comdirect - but the basic stuff is availible here at Scalable - and becomes improved permanently it seems - it´s sad I have not find a way to invest in scalable itself :-)

So far I didn’t have issues with scalable capital, so there’s nothing to complain about.
And it looks like they are improving all the time. The app is actually really nice and easy to use.
Big advantage for me is the fact that they finally got their banking license

2fa is great, app looks polished, some features like seeing distributions or paying out money I always need to look twice.

Initially, the digital investment issue was unclear. 𝘝𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘴–𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘳ë𝘴𝘴 offered answers and direction, and I eventually had my monies back.
Easy to use. I’ve been using Scalable Capital for almost a year now. Much recommended.

We needed more detailed ratios, averages, details about etfs. Stocks included in an etf it's percentage. Commodities section is required. 5 year balance sheet, income statement, flowchart required.

Would be great to have a ticker about the dividend dates of the companies

User-friendly UI, nice handling and overview of assets, and great offer of trading options. No downtimes or other issues.

The app is quite good and simple so the user don't face any difficulties to explore as compare to other app in the market. In addition, I want to have a option in the app to disable the interest factor. I mean, I don't want to take 2.5% interest on my amount because it is against my religious faith. The trading 212 app provide this option to disable the interest amount.

Worst support - can't even find where to contact support or help desk. It's only AI chat

The app allows me to invest passively. Additionally the recent addition of Scalable bank is also quite useful for the cash sitting idle in the account to get interest.
One thing which could be improved is to get an overview of how much I have invested in my portfolio and how much return I have got so far.

You have no customer service. Why even have a number if one can’t speak to anyone. Also via email it can take weeks to get things sorted.

Subscription prime+ is great for trading and the price is good

This is my first investment app in Germany. Till now the experience is very good. Quite easy to use. Very transparent. However I would like to have 2 features. An option to show top 20 stocks which are going up and 20 which are going down on that day. Also live option of withdrawal with out any holding period
