I placed a order on 1/16. According to USPS the package was delivered on 1/22. Then I heard nothing. So I email them. Then I get a email stating that they received my package on 1/26. Nothing else since. It's doesn't state they are being inspected. No one has never answered one email or phone calls. I will update this when I get updated

Didn't process my phone

I shipped 20 phones after receiving a quoted offer of $1,400. Once the phones arrived, I was informed via email that they could not be accepted and would be returned. Since then, I have emailed them four times over the past week requesting an update and a return tracking number, but I have received no response. If they do reply and return my phones, I will update this review accordingly.

Well I sent my phone on maybe December 20th, and the packaging process was fast and easy, but I haven't heard any updates on whether or not they've received it. ive tried emailing and no one has gotten back to me. Once they respond to my emails, and once I've received my payment, then I'll change the review accordingly.

SecondHandCell acknowledges receipt of your phone then keeps it, ignores email And test and basically STEALS YOUR PHONE - refuses to contact you - looking into committing a Federal crime as they advertise across state line DON’T SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM

Update: Customer service is working to help me with my order. I appreciate their quick response and will update my review once everything is done.

Questions so I reached out via email to ask and within minutes I had a reply from
Them. On Thursday they inspected it and were ready to send my payment. They couldn’t get my payment method to work so they asked me to send a different option. I did. And again within minutes of sending that I got notification that I received my payment.

I will tell everyone to go through this company, with that kind of customer service an such fast actions you can’t go wrong! Plus they gave me the best price of all for my phone!

I misunderstood advertising. I did not expect a payment without your inspection of the device :) I just simply didn’t think it would take so long .
I expected this to be a 48-hour process.
its been a 4 days and I am still waiting on the pickup package, which won't arrive for another 3 days.
which means, by the time I get it and ship it back to you, this whole thing takes weeks, not one days as advertised

Oh my God, you don’t even know how well these people work best experience I’ve ever had in my buyback career. This site is majestic so well built.
