Nice staff, had a couple of orders from them.

Slight delay in correspondence on last order; but contacted them received friendly response. I received my Blu-ray Disc box set in excellent condition; I had paid well under standard price for damaged outer casing, yet I received a box set in pristine condition. They didn’t have to do this and it was generous of them.

Honest company with staff that are seemingly film buffs too!

Printing excellent editions of movies that you probably believe deserve loving preservation or else you probably wouldn’t have heard of Severin.

We’re all absent minded sometimes though most of us don’t seem to admit ever.

Received product from overseas swiftly enough.

Would definitely buy from them again.

If they didn’t have integrity wouldn’t produce excellent products that please nerds like me.

Their customer "service" is atrocious. If they'll even bother to reply to you, it's most likely something quite rude. Paying customers seem to be an inconvenience for them, not worth wasting their valuable time on. Even getting a polite answer from them is apparently asking too much.
