Brutal. Container delayed over a week with hardly a response. It still hasn't arrived and honestly not even sure if they know where it is.
18 Maart container loaded in Portugal now May 29 container still in Cartagena Colombia and should have been in un-loaded in Curacao the 26th of April
To day received from those container cowboys sorry scheduled arrival in Curacao mid Juli .this is 4 months !
They do not realize that the content of this container are domestic and private items .so the better change their slogan in We (do not) care ,we (do not)move ,we (do not) deliver . Check your self container nummer is CAIU 2673548 and see the results of a bed company with the excuse ….there is container congestion ,now the only one who gets congestion is me.

Worst customer service, communication and no accountability. Hapag will roll your bookings with no communication, even if you try to email them to find out what is going on, they won’t reply they don’t care and they still expect you to pay. It’s always the customers fault, they are perfect and do no wrong. In my 25 minute call I was transferred to three different departments which were unable to do anything. I will actively ensure I avoid using Hapag at all cost as they are more of a hassle than anything else.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The service is subpar, often delaying containers over minor issues and failing to respond in a timely manner.

my my container supposed to arrive in two months time now it’s over eight months time it hasn’t arrived yet Very bad company.
This is the world's most pathetic company on this earth, it have a document that says the container will get to my warehouse in Losngales from Spain in 35 days and it's been over 90 days and it is now going to Oakland. This company should shut down as they are run by some stupid circus animals. Never using them ever in my life.
Absolutely useless customer service. I am planning to start a business and checking prices of my expenses. They are refusing to give me average price or price list until I actually have my business running - not helpful at all. I guess I wont use their service anyway after this experience and their attitude!
It is their tactic to totally overbook the vessels to secure sales and then the shipment duration goes more than double. There are better and more reliable carriers out there, especially if you rely on a timely delivery.
wouldn't trust Hapag Lloyd with cleaning up after the dog, seems to be run by a bunch of 4 year olds with no concept of shipping whatsoever
The absolute worst! They will find every possible way to charge you for anything they can find including duplicate invoices for things already paid. I have caught them 3 times now on a single shipment, sending us invoices for amounts already paid. Beyond unethical.
The customer service, located in Poland, is totally incompetent. Mistakes after mistakes after mistakes and the customer is always wrong and is nothing but bothering them just for fun.
Definitely the worst shipping company you could ever use in your lifetime. It will cost you more money than you initially got quotes. The staff are incompetent. They did not take responsibility and I’ve been in business many years, but these people are the worst ever.
The worst shipping company , they ruin our forecast . We stacked 5 weeks apart 6 containers , after 4 month all arrived in one consignment ,created massive issue for space , and cash flow , we complained , they apologise , we stacked 8 containers again 5 weeks apart , the same issue again . I wont give this company 0 if there is worst the 0 I would , they souldnt be in business period
They keep postponing shipping from Korea everyday
