I ordered the Cyberpunk 2077 OST from The Soundtrack Shop. Due to a shipping issue with USPS (very likely my fault) the package was sent back to the seller but neither the seller or I realized it immediately. As soon as John M. at The Soundtrack Shop realized the package had been shipped back, he let me know and after a couple emails back and forth he sent it back out to me. No extra charge or any other requirements. I got it around 10 days later. (It only took that long because it was coming from overseas). The soundtrack was in perfect condition and works/sounds great. I really appreciate the awesome customer service. You never know when buying something from an overseas store you found on the internet. I would absolutely recommend buying hard to find soundtracks from this business and I plan to do so in the future.

Looked for a Cyberpunk mousepad on the web, found it in the most unexpected shop ever. When looking closer though, I not only found the mousepad, when it was sold-out everywhere else, but rather many other cool collectors items which I will definitely order from the shop soon! Also, the delivery was quicker than initially stated. Will DEFINITELY order at Soundtracks.shop again!

CD with some strange stains on the mirrored part, which fortunately does not compromise listening, I cannot blame the seller as the CD was sealed, it could be a defective copy or bad storage method, however the CD works and that is why I did not ask for a refund.

I was being very cautious when trying to find a copy of a rare and limited edition soundtrack album so decided to message The Soundtracks Shop to check stock was available. Not only did I receive an immediate reply, I was sent photographic evidence and reassured that the order would be dispatched immediately.

I placed my order and received another message with a photo of my purchase, all packed and sealed with a Royal Mail label on.

The item arrived two days later and I couldn't be happier!
