Had been with steadily for years

Had been with steadily for years. Always trust them to provide me the best insurance coverage with the best price for my commercial properties. This past round of renewal, I ended up skipping my agent and went directly to them. Tyler assisted me and the process was so smooth. Really appreciate for the quick response and assistance!

Fraud

We have obtained an attorney and are filing suit for insurance fraud. I paid a quarterly installment upfront, cancelled for better coverage, was told I would recieve prorated portion back and they withheld 800. Never disclosed by your licensed agents. Formal request for your state insurance licencing #, the agent number of the agent who placed policy and the agent I spoke to who cancelled it. All time and fees will be also filed im small claims as expenses do to intentional intent to fraud your customers.

Your policy was bound through our online self-service platform. The non-refundable 90-day minimum earned premium for a Fix & Flip (renovation) policy was prominently disclosed multiple times prior to binding, included in the attestations you signed, and outlined in your Evidence of Insurance. These disclosures are intentionally presented in multiple places to ensure full transparency for our clients.

When the policy was cancelled within 90 days, at your request, the prorated refund was calculated in accordance with the policy terms, including the disclosed minimum earned premium provision.

We understand that insurance can sometimes feel complex, and we're happy to review this matter directly with you. Please don't hesitate to contact our team so we can address any remaining questions.

Awful

Awful, contacted them just for some quotes, it was overpriced so ultimately I decided not to go with them and stick with current insurance. Couple weeks later I find that my escrow has been sucked dry by them. Never signed anything, never said anything on the phone stating I was for sure in. They just stole money from my escrow and now sending a check to me I’m sure will take 87 business days to arrive. Staying far away from a company that is this trigger happy. Clearly unorganized. Amir Henderson was my rep, frustrating that I have to waste my time with phone calls and deposits and customer service via mortgage company to correct all this because they can’t do business properly.
