Know what you’re buying

Wow, did I misunderstand what I was getting into.
First off, I was a sucker for the amazing social media ad targeting ADHD folks struggling to track finances.
It’s clear that Steph is very smart and has developed a series of products that may be helpful for people who use Notion.
I myself had no idea I was buying a product to be used in another productivity app. That was not clear in the marketing.
Had I known, I would have researched Notion and quickly learned that it is a nightmare for someone with my type of ADHD.
I spent a couple hours on tutorials just learning how to use Notion! And it was all in vain.

But let’s back up. I thought I was purchasing a $37 finance tracker. Sounds worth a gamble.
Then Steph said in her genius rollout, something like…the problem is, no one is using the finance tracker because they are too overwhelmed with life, so I developed this mega bundle of productivity tools that will integrate all the areas of your life that you wish to track.
Why didn’t I listen to this red flag, that no one was using the finance tracker? Because for an ADHD person, this high-level productivity system sounds like a dream come true. My husband stood by shrugging and saying “sounds pretty great!” And maybe for the right person it is!
But I didn’t realize I would need to learn an app built for linear tech-savvy thinkers, customize her templates to my very unique 3 businesses, and MANUALLY enter a lot of irregular transactions.

Then I foolishly paid extra money for all future updates to the mega bundle. 200 bucks out the door. I cannot use this system at all.

Perhaps what bothers me the most is the reviews on her page. When you scan through, she has several repeating reviews. That’s weird, right?

The marketing should be a lot more honest. Her niche market is for NOTION USERS. Look into it. If that’s your jam, maybe this will work for you.

As a business owner, I always consult with clients before taking their money because I pride my reputation in the integrity of my services. I trust that if I am not a fit with someone, there is no shortage of aligned business in the world.

No trial. No money back guarantee. This is because it’s a downloadable product. Then, there should be a LOT more transparency in the marketing.

Did not receive a full refund

I asked for a refund of the &56.95 and received $2.95. This is not a refund. I did not like the site when I purchased it the first time and then I purchased it a 2nd time by mistake and did not like it then. I was not impressed with notion and the YouTube video were not narrated so I was constantly starting and stopping them. I do not recommend them.

Misleading Product and Poor Customer…

Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a product from this seller after seeing an Instagram ad that portrayed it as a standalone app. Nowhere in the advertisements or on the website did it state that the product was a Notion template, requiring a Notion account to function. This omission was highly misleading and deceptive.

After realizing the product wasn’t as advertised, I immediately requested a refund. The seller refused, citing their refund policy, which states that refunds are not available after a product is downloaded. However, I have not downloaded or accessed the product, and their refusal to honor their own policy is unacceptable.

When I contacted them, they were dismissive and claimed clicking the download link equates to using the product. This is both inaccurate and unfair. The lack of transparency, combined with their refusal to resolve the issue, demonstrates unprofessional and fraudulent behavior.

I do not recommend this seller to anyone. Their misleading marketing, refusal to address customer concerns, and poor handling of refunds make for an overall bad experience. Proceed with caution!
