I tried the SoulSyncBody workout app and hated it. Sanne Vloet’s creator persona outside the app feels more like an OnlyFans creator — she openly shows her breasts on other platforms, which makes the app’s branding feel sleazy and dishonest. In a YouTube video she said she has trouble orgasming due to a disconnect between her mind and body, and that only deepens my discomfort with the whole “mind‑body” pitch of SoulSyncBody. She reportedly supports Trump, and that political alignment makes me even less inclined to support her or pay for this app. Bottom line: I can’t connect with the brand and won’t recommend it.
I have had a wonderful experience! I’ve experienced great results through work out and meal plans. I’m thankful I found SoulSyncBody
Multiple emails sent with not one response!! Reactivated a new subscription could not access the app at all so cancelled my new subscription disappointed
I was eager to try Soul Sync Body led by Sanne Vloet because I believed their marketing, but after months of use, I was disappointed. It really felt like a money grab, as someone here mentioned. I put in a lot of effort, but I didn't see any improvements in my strength or flexibility.
The workouts started to feel repetitive, and I struggled to stay motivated without the lively energy of in-person classes. Switching to a nearby gym for in-person classes was a total game-changer. The vibrant atmosphere, the helpful feedback from instructors, and the enthusiasm of others working out around me made all the difference. I felt reinvigorated and excited to push myself again. Nothing beats the experience of in-person classes compared to using a simple app. I made more progress in just a few weeks than I did in months with Soul Sync Body.
As for the healthy recipes, I realized I didn't need an influencer-led platform when there are so many fantastic resources available online. A simple search will yield a ton of free, delicious options.
Disappointingly, I learned that Sanne Vloet, who runs the platform, has a history of disordered eating and overexercising, as she mentioned online. Had I been aware of this earlier, I would have saved myself significant time and money. It's disheartening to think that someone promoting a "healthy" lifestyle might not have the healthiest relationship with food.
For anyone in their 20s or 30s who is genuinely committed to seeing results and finding tasty recipes, I recommend looking elsewhere. In-person workout classes or personal training are by far the best options! You deserve effective methods that truly work for you!
Summary: In my experience, Soul Sync Body by Sanne Vloet did not live up to its promises. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I found the workouts repetitive and lacking the motivation that in-person classes provide. Transitioning to a nearby gym revitalized my fitness journey, allowing me to make significant progress in a short time. Additionally, I discovered that there are plenty of free, quality resources for healthy recipes online, making the influencer-led platform unnecessary. For anyone serious about achieving results and enjoying their workouts, I recommend exploring in-person options instead.
I do not like this on-demand video pilates and wellness app from Soul Sync Body by Sanne Vloet at all. My experience has been frustrating for several reasons:
1. Technical Glitches: Frequent bugs and crashes disrupt my practice.
2. Limited Content: The variety of pilates classes is insufficient and often repetitive.
3. Customer Support: The customer service is slow and unhelpful when there are issues.
4. Subscription Model: The subscription pricing is too high for the value provided.
5. Management Concerns: The founder, Sanne Vloet, takes frequent vacations, which may impact the app's overall management and responsiveness.
Overall, I do not recommend this app
I need to share my experience with Soul Sync Body. After doing some digging, I was really shocked to find out that Sanne Vloet, the founder and face of Soul Sync Body, has been pushing subscriptions while downplaying a serious health issue—she hasn’t had a period in years because she’s underweight. She mentioned it in a YouTube video, but it felt like she just brushed it off, which is pretty concerning for someone running a wellness platform.
I really wanted to trust Soul Sync Body for wellness advice, but honestly, my experience has been disappointing. The advice felt super generic, and I ended up feeling misled. It’s frustrating to see someone promote a 'healthy' lifestyle without being real about their own health struggles.
Plus, it’s worth mentioning that Sanne Vloet is already a millionaire. It makes me wonder why she keeps pushing subscriptions instead of using her resources to help those who actually need it. Before you spend your hard-earned money, think twice about investing in a platform that might not have your best interests at heart. We all deserve genuine and transparent wellness advice.
On a brighter note, I found some awesome FREE blogs where Registered Dietitian Nutritionists share healthy recipes and meal plans, complete with grocery lists. I’ve been hooked! There’s also a FREE blog with workout plans from a Personal Trainer. These resources are way better than the gimmicky stuff from Soul Sync Body. Check them out:

I love this app! I have been searching for exercise apps that have different programs and meal plans - this is the only one I found that had the perfect balance! The exercises are challenging and it’s great that she still incorporates weights to build lean muscle. I’ve been sore the last couple of days after a booty workout!
I also got the pilates meal plan and it’s really easy to make and delicious. Love how there are a lot of recipes with an air fryer. Thank you so much for creating this 🙏
I am blown away how good the app is. My husband keeps praising the food and I finally enjoy grocery shopping with the lists and having meal plans. Recipes are super healthy and full of protein, that is my main focus.
Exercises are way more challenging than I expected and I see results after couple of weeks already.
I tried as a free trial and feel like the amount of effort, love and work Sanne puts into it is amazing. Worth every penny.
Just try it.

As a dedicated fitness enthusiast and Pilates lover, I feel compelled to give an honest review of Soulsynbody, a Pilates platform/brand run by Sanne Vloet. I must say that it is nothing but a money grab without any value or substance.
Let's address the elephant in the room: why pay for a platform that offers nothing more than what you can find for free on YouTube? I strongly discourage you from wasting your hard-earned money on this particular platform. Save your time, energy and money by exploring readily available alternatives like YouTube, where countless Pilates and nutrition experts freely share their expertise or find a personal trainer in real life at your local gym and invest your money there.
Sanne is my inspiration her workouts and her platform were my game change to my life im in love with her platform highly recommend 🌸❤️
Honestly - I think this is the best online workout
Sanne is calm and relaxing to listen too, while you are pushing your body to the limits. I've done the workouts for about 2 weeks now, and have seen more results than in the last couple of years fighting with any cardio. I love that Sanne is not "loud and pushy" like other video workouts.
