The team is responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint would be a lack of information about the site itself beforehand, though perhaps that is localized to the specific site I was at. That said, it was not prohibitive to getting the job done, just took a little more time. I would work with them again.

The team was so helpful and courteous. We had a down network, Support Tech assured us they would get a technician on site that day to get us back online. That afternoon Gerry had us back up!
