Fed ex were really bad
Fed ex were really bad. They claimed they tried to deliver on 5/02/26. No card was found. Delivery was advised to be between 10-14.00 Then they delivered after 6 pm on 6/02/26 but the driver claimed he delivered at 16.45. I had to pay staff an extra 4 hours to wait for the delivery. I will not order from you again if you continue to use FedEx.

I ordered wallpaper on 12/19/25 (order #75613) and have not yet received my order. The product, based on FedEx tracking, has been in Memphis Tennessee since 1/2/26. I have emailed both the company and FedEx and have gotten no reply.
If I do not receive a response, I will be cancelling my order and have my charge reversed. To my knowledge there is no way to contact this company by phone.

The visual quality is really bad. The order went smoothly. What was not good was the quality of the wallpaper that arrived. I didn't expect a sharp photo, but I didn't expect a blurry image either. The source image used for printing was for a wall with a maximum size of 1x0.5m, not for a wall of 4.5x2.5m!!!
