Disappointment
I’m very disappointed with Tcomplex. They hide large orders in a way that makes them easy to miss, and once the order goes through, it becomes almost impossible to cancel. I now have a very expensive invoice for a product I don’t want and can’t return. The lack of transparency and customer support has been extremely frustrating.
A real scammer company, where after seeing an add for a try in 30 days period. And despite cancelling the order they will send it back and charge you for a subscription. Even though you just ordered for a try sample not anything else. And once you try to reason with them, they refused and involve third party insurance to force you to pay fu€king 1600 kr.
