Not living up to our expectations
We order the kid watch to monitor where our kid is and for him to call us if needed.
- Delivery after the order is fast (2 days)
- However the watch cannot be setup unless you put a simcard in it and activate it (and pay). Otherwise you cant even have time
- GPS is indicating the watch more than 2km away from its spot...
- The watch is sometimes doing ghost calls without anybody touching it
- You must download an app to use the watch which is really shady. Wrong translations in several parts, and comes with nice commercials (that you can remove if you pay)
- Battery is not holding long and you would have to recharge the watch everyday
- Camera is poor quality and compressed - sound is horrible when in a visio call. So be prepared to repeat 10 times what you say so the kid can understand.
We contacted the customer service to get help and have the GPS function to work as it is the main feature of the watch.
The customer service phone number is not working, so you would have to write them. After 5-6 emails, we got some instructions which didnt solve our problem.
We asked for a reimbursement but were offered an exchange instead which took several days to be approved.
After a lot, we finally got the watch returned and reimbursed.
