I was gifted a shirt from TeeTurtle. It was absolutely adorable and I just loved it. Then I noticed it was very noticeably printed off center. I was disappointed and did not want to miss out on wearing it. I decided to reach out to the company to see if it was possible to exchange it. I received a reply right away. They immediately asked for the size and a shipping address and were so quick and polite with their service. I didn’t have to send my misprinted Tee back, I just received a beautiful new shirt. It’s adorable, without a blemish, and I am so excited to wear it. Their customer service was phenomenal. Would highly recommend.

After making many purchases from Tee Turtle over the past several years I will not make any more. I purchased a hoodie for my child for Christmas and it was too small even though I bought his size. I tried to exchange it but the link would not allow me so I reached out to CS. It took 2 emails for a response and now no response. Very bad customer service and I have a hoodie that can't be worn. Not wasting more money on their products.

first off shout outs to the team, the customer service is really top notch. I mentioned an order that had gone awry almost 2 years ago that was under an email that had become defunct. The team addressed my concerns and earned a lifelong fan (i was already a fan before thought)

I have been buying their shirts for many years now and they bring not only myself joy but strangers i meet too. Its not uncommon for people to ask "omg where did you get that shirt, i love it !" the company is true to their mission in bringing people together with fun and creative expression
as for the shirts, aside from the beloved design are of excellent quality. the shirts are super super comfy and i can't wait to try their new ringspun cotton shirts. i am a bit autistic so the texture of the fabric is very important to me. The graphics of shirts are long lasting too - only now, after 7 years since my first purchase from tee turtle have they shown signs of wear

I wouldn't bother buying them if you expect them to look like they used to! I've been buying from teeturtle for over 7 years and they always looked really sharp, recent ordered arrived and they've changed the printing style so now they look like your bog standard cheap flaky paint shirts you can buy on a market, really disappointed and want to warn others, the shirts aren't any cheaper to buy but they sure look it!
I have ordered from Tee Turtle many times with no issues. The clothes are good quality and comfortable. There was one instance where I wasn't totally happy with what they sent, and it was no refundable. I sent them an email asking if they could help and they fixed things right away. After fighting with another company that used an easily confused AI chat bot for "customer support" it was so refreshing to talk to real people that were happy to help me.
Buying things online is always a risk because you don't know for sure what you're getting, but I know for sure that if there are any issues, Tee Turtle will help. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
I have been a fan of TeeTurtle products and games for years now, and my fondness for them has grown even more. I reached out to TeeTurtle to help support a college event I am planning and they were very open to contributing. Their communication, generosity, and overall message was wonderful and I will gladly reach out to TeeTurtle again in the future, both personally and professionally.

This is my go-to company for t-shirts. I have ordered multiple times and have always had a good experience with quality and shipping. In fact, I still have shirts in good condition from seven years ago from TeeTurtle. I just made another purchase this week and can't wait to wear my new shirt. It was TeeTurle that got me to wear the soft fabric t-shirts. Before that I had been wearing the old-fashioned heavy stiff t-shirts. I will be a loyal and grateful customer.

It took over a week for my order to arrive and what I received looks nothing like the pictures and the quality has decreased substantially since my last order. The shirts themselves are scratchy and nothing like the quality from my previous orders. I have contacted support to return and am still waiting for an answer.

The company is a scam. They lie and then blame the customer. They promised me a matching shirts for my son and I and never showed up: then blame me for it not showing up.

Fantastic site! We have bought t-shirts several times, always great quality and very cute and pretty designs. Print doesn't fade like most other companies, and the fabric is great.
We have had a few customs problems (in Denmark) and both times we got money back from teeturle, no problem.

Ordered 4 t-shirts online, which shipped and were delivered in good time from US to UK. Unfortunately they were much larger than expected so didn’t fit. When I contacted the Customer Support Team, Alison confirmed that (as a one time gesture), they would ship me free replacements in a smaller size. What a great response! The t-shirts arrived today and fit great. Fantastic experience after an unfortunate situation initially. My family are big TeeTurtle fans and we’ll continue to add to our collections after this experience. Thanks Alison for the brilliant support!

I've been buying stuff of theirs from both KS and conventions for years; spent over $500 through KS alone.
This was my first time ordering though their online store, however, and it was a punch in the gut.
First off, their pay-in-4 option declined for me (which was odd, because I've used the Shoppay pay-in-4 no problem before), but the order still somehow went though and charged me in full.
I went to cancel the order, but their website says the cancellation tool is down, so I email them immediately (within about 5 minutes).
They email me the next day, saying that they can't refund me because the item shipped already, and that I need to wait for the order to arrive and start a return. 4 days of back and forth ensued, of me explaining, it took me posting a screenshot of their own cancellation policy and me telling them I had already contacted my bank for them to finally send a refund (one that took almost a week to appear, but a refund nonetheless). They said that, again, as the item had already shipped, they were not able to stop it, so it would still appear at my door. There was no mention of what they wanted after it showed up; if they pushed I would have seen about possibly setting up the original pay-in-4, because at the end of the day, I still wanted the items.
Except, it turned out not to matter. I noticed that the order lookup page said the order was still processing and had not, in fact, shipped yet. I sent them an email asking about this, and was never responded to.
It is now 10 days later. The shipping I had paid for was 8 business days. It still shows as having never shipped, I've not recieved any sort of tracking number through them, or through Route (the app they told me to use), so I have no way to see where it is. However, I'm left wondering, if it has not shipped, why were they so adamant that it did? Did they simply lie to me about it shipping to have an excuse to not refund me? Did they find a way to stop it after, and decide to not let me know? Did the shipping company actually lose it, and were they just going to shrug and say "oh well" in regards to the shipping I paid them? All of this just feels awful coming from a company I've spent so much on.
This company is amazing! They have the best customer service who is quick to respond and goes above and beyond! I wish there were more companies that back their products and are trustworthy like this!

Sadly, there are only 5 stars to give. I had a problem with a purchase I made from a Tee Turtle booth at a convention I attended. The purchase was for my wife as a present. Not only did the nice people at Tee Turtle take care of that problem quickly and with care, but at the end I had a very happy wife anf that meant the world to me. Not only is the quality of the shirt amazing, but how profoundly proud Tee Turtle is to make sure their customers are more than satisfied. I will order from them again and again knowing they will take care of every detail. Kudos to their customer care service and the attention they give to their customers.

Had an issue with a meeple that was incorrectly manufactured. Contacted the company and sent relevant pictures. Ms Turtle was very friendly and immediately assisted in making it right.

When I received the shirt, I was disappointed. I had purchased the higher quality version of it and there appears to be a thread or possibly a HAIR stuck under the shirt's decal. Right on the character's face nonetheless! It's very noticeable and washing this shirt will tear the decal.
So I emailed them again. And sent a picture of this thread/hair under the decal. This time the response was a little delayed. She said she was going to have the team ship out a replacement and gave me a tracking number. It's been about a week, and this package has yet to move or be processed. I checked both on USPS and DHL tracking, and it says "shipping label created" that's all.
At this point I feel like I'm just going to get stuck with the defective shirt and their site still says my order is still unfulfilled.

Replacement shirt arrived today. Everything looks great, I guess the tracking they gave me wasn't the correct one.

I love TeeTurtle! I bought my first TeeTurtle shirts in 2015 and I wore them until they wore out in 2023. I love that they have random deals with other companies and can create awesome shirts. I miss the Pokemon shirts and wish they would do more, but I love the current ones too. My favorite character is the unicorn and I still wear my unicorn shirts that I bought many years ago as the designs have not quite worn off yet.
I ordered some new shirts for my husband's birthday and the shipping estimate said it should arrive in time. It said it was shipped with DHL and USPS and the tracking number through DHL didn't show anything for a while, then showed that my package had been sent to an incorrect state after it was sent to my state, but it should still arrive the day before my husband's birthday. His birthday came and went and still no package, but the tracking still said the day before his birthday for delivery. That didn't update until it was finally delivered more than a week later.
During that time, I communicated with TeeTurtle's customer service team and Karalynn Turtle helped me immensely! She helped me try to track down the package in the weird situation and kept an eye on it for updates as we messaged. She offered me a refund for the shipping since it didn't arrive even at the very end of when it said it would. She was so kind and so helpful and I appreciated the help very much. So shout out to her and the rest of the team because they are amazing and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Tee Turtle used to be so amazing. However, they have dropped their quality of graphic printing and t-shirts. I ordered the cheaper shirts and the printing and shirt are like I ordered off of TeePublic (not great). I'm going to order a higher quality shirt to see if they are like the old Tee Turtle. I would not recommend the cheap shirts they sell. I have over 50+ Tee Turtle shirts and the new stuff doesn't come close to what they once were.
